Sky would sprint out as sherma said Augercorn was in trouble. "Time to help the big baby" Sky would yell out. It was a joke he rarely used, but sometimes it was worth it. "HEY, OVER HERE YOU BIG BUCKTART" Sky would yell at the wraith

“Bucktar?” said the leader in a confused voice “no wonder you most of us don’t want ponies in charge ..bucktar? WATCH OUT IT SEE'S YOU!”

Mirage gasped as she saw the wraith , It was a horrible sight. Then she whipped her bow unfolding it and flew 10 feet above its reach shooting it with several arrows. Aimed specifically at the joint and eyes.

The wraith screamed almost knocking her out of the air! Then it pulled out a hidden weapon from its cloak, a gigantic flail chain with a spiked ball that must at least the size of a refrigerator.

It swung the flail at mirage. Who simply folded her wings and let her self drop to doddge the long range weapon.

Mirage landed on a roof top and with a tarrying speed the wraith pulled the flail and struck again!

Augercorn jumped up onto an opposite roof and threw a piece of rubble throwing off the wraiths aim. But still destroying the building mirage was standing on

In an impressive set of endurance she took off and avoided the attack but the shock wave of the destroyed building sent her flying off.

The wraith looked to augercorn again threw the massive ball at him. Not wanting to let it know how exhausted he was he ran forward planted his feet and swung his sword. Smacking the mace and sending it flying like a baseball!

The flail flew straight into the wraiths helmet denting it smashing it, had the being inside not been ethereal it would of destroyed. But the wraith simply shook its head causing the ball to fly out.

The wraith starred at all of its opponents now including Mirage who landed next to augercorn quickly asking

“allright?”

augercorn breathed heavily “got a plan?”

Sky would run out there only to get knocked back a bit by the wraith. "Augercorn, two plans. We either run away to fight another day, or you keep that thing distracted so me and mirage can get these magic daggers right through the back of this things throats."

The wraith lifted its weapons overhead and tryed to bring them down on the team.

"got a better idea, cover me till i recover and i cut open its armor so you acually can stab it!"

"OR! is that a explosive?" shouted sherma

the wraith turned its twisted helmet ed head at him.

"AHHH" he ran around a building but heard him yell.

"use the armor against it! stab with the dagger then use the explosive to send them flying thru its body like a camel spider!"

the wraith went looking for Sherma but Augercorn ran up its back and slashed where the spine was.

the beast let out a frustrated roar"oh no! its charging up a spell!" shouted the leader!

"uh oh!" said augercorn as he jumped off he ran quickly a giant bubble of fire expanded from the wraith but he quickly began getting singed.

he made it behind some cover and the fire ball expanded

As the fire went everywhere sky would stand still. He was not afraid of fire, not this time. As it came sky would flap his wings, causing wind that got rid of the fire around him. "Auger, only magic hurts these things" Sky would say as he held the dagger"These will do it"

augercorn stood up and ran across the battleground and shouted

"ohhhh, oooh o.k thats why i stabbed in i the neck and ...ohhh."

Sherma ran off heading to the hospital

augercorn then broke into n abandoned house and found an ice chest ripping it open and sticking his head in it.

while this happened Mirage flew next to sky "impresive. want to try attacking from both sides?" she asked as the wraith pulled out its flail and spun it over head and threw at the 2 pegasis.

"You want back or front" Sky would say before he would move. Sky would do a high backflip, using his wings to get him that inch higher he needed to go to avoid the flail. Sky would land with a thud on his feet as he breathed in deep.

Mirage rolled out of the way of the flail

"I want the front," she said as she drew an arrow and aimed at the flail's chain. as the wraith tryed another strike

the arrow got simply bounced off the hard metal and she flew up and to the left to avoid the attack. quickly drawing her sword she smacked the chain after the flail itself missed her. making only a dent

"any idea to stop this flail? she said as drew her second sword

Sky would run straight past the wraith. Sky would sigh, knowing he was lucky to have made it. "Yeah, severe the chain"

mirage giggled

she couldnt help it not knowing if it were a a joke or not.

the wrath pulled back its flail and unleashed a massive scream

Mirage looked around for something in the environment to use to her advantage but there was nothing but clay houses and the hosipital not to far.

she stood still trying to tempt the wraith into an attack knowing she could dodge the flail

"Sky! ill hold its attention don't worry about me!" she shouted as she dodged the wraiths flail.

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWW" the wraiths scream was head splitting. stunned for a second Mirage saw the wraith charge up some spells, they looked like parlazing bolts. Mirage fluttered her wings moving back giving some space as the bolts flew past her. she narrowly avoidined the bolts having them fly inches away from her she was sure one hit her but the plating inside her hijab must have absorbed it

the wrath ran forward done with its bolts now trying to use its clubs on mirage, its mind only focused on her

meanwhile

Sherma ran thru the crowded hospital, most of the townsponys were there seeking shelter

"I'm looking for Doctor Dice! hello!"

Augercorn was still inside the house. he had drank a lot of water and was almost back to full strength

Sky would breath in deeply as he got ready to throw the dagger. He knew he could make this throw, though it would not be easy. Sky could see a crack in the fails chain, which was going to be his target. Sky would, after five seconds, throw the dagger straight at the crack

Sky’s dagger flew at the target. But the chain lashed moving out of the way. Making the dagger fly uselessly thru the air

The wraith didn’t notice this as it charged intensely at mirage. Its speed making it an even harder target

She folded her bow, landed on the ground and used her wings to run quickly. But the wraith followed her and quickly caught up.

Mirage noticed this and stood still hoping she could dodge the attack and get a counter in.

The wraith raised its long club hand and swung while taking a half step closer.

Surprised by the advanced combat move Mirage did a backward somersault. And just barley dodged. He tried to pull and arrow into her bowstring, but like it was nothing the wraith swung again with a halfstep.

Mirage fluttered her wings with a jump moving backwards. But just not fast enough

Mirgae instantly flew back her body twisting back and forth till she smacked into a bench.

"aaaaa!"

The wraith took a second observing its handiwork probably questioning if she was dead or not

The moment sky saw mirage get hit he would quickly sprint over to her. As he reached her he would do a commado roll, picking her bow up, and a arrow, and quickly leaping up. As sky landed he would see the crack again. This time he would not miss. Sky would load the arrow on the bow and take one second to aim, before he fired at the weak spot.

“no, no noooo! Maybe if I play dead?”

thought mirage thought mirage as she laid there. She got flung around pretty bad but she had been in much worse condition before …just not from a single blow. She was hurt and sore all over but her left arm felt like it had been torn apart!

“SKY!” she said aloud as he came to save her jumping up picking up her bow and firing

the wraith in its moment of self satisfaction and anlizing couldn’t react to the arrow hitting the chain of her flail and it fell apart, the giant ball rolling to its feet now just a usless hunk of metal

“UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGHHH!” it roared like a nightmare

Mirage grabbed a her sword using it like a Cain. She flew backwards. Leaining against a building wall

“sky I need a second.” She felt her left arm in incredible pain.

She threw off her hijab. Taking a second to look at the armor plating; it had been crushed to shards in where she got hit directly. She looked at her arm, it was bleeding and probably dislocated.

“I hate this.” She said aloud as she smacked her shoulder against the wall pressing it back into her socket! Then she poured her scorpion venom all over it, soon the pain killer took effect and she would be seen pumping a fist. She grabbed her other sword flying out to help sky

while this was happening. The wraiths eyes, glowed bright red and a solid line of magic burst thru them aimed at Sky.

after the short burst The wraith cocked its clubs ready to strike physically

Sky would roll to the right as the wraith tried to attack him again. "Mirage, how are we going to hurt this thing" Sky would say, wondering how they would without magic

Mirage took a few steps forward. Putting her weapon belts on,

“I don’t know we have to get that armor off of it. so the magic of the daggers can touch its body”

The wraith sidestepped and went for a swipe at Mirage but

"YAAAGH!”

Augercorn still sweating to death jumped in smacking the giant weapon with his own , knocking it away from mirage, who was able to flitter fly out of range anyway

“I AM THE WIND HORSE!” shouted augercorn with rage as he lunged forward and swung the mythril blade at the wraith’s armored chest he swung twice as the beast raised its weapons to try to hit him so close! But by then augercorn had in 2 strokes cut a wide X shape into the metal. He then rolled under the wraith right as it brought its hands down to smash him.

Augercorn quickly ran out from the cloak of the wraith with a disturbed look on his face

“eeew, no one go down there!" The wraith turned and took a step back looking at its 3 opponents. Then to the giant opening in its armor

“is that big ole slash enough for you to stick the daggers into its heart …do wraith have hearts?”

Mirage landed on a roof top

“Sky if you recover your dagger and we strike at the same time there’s no way it can survive!”

Sky would quickly rush back towards his dagger before doing yet another roll and picking it up. Sky would then flap his wings, flying up to where Mirage was.

The wraith charged Augercorn while hitting him with a spell

Augercorn jumped a few feet away but then got wrapped in the spell. He got lifted in to the air and a burning energy surrounded him

“owe! Not good! SKY! MIRA”

The wraith hit him HARD with its weapons. Twice before letting the spell go and sending Augercorn flying!

“you got nothing! Ghost bit” he slammed into a clay house destroying it.

“AUGERCORN! Shouted Mirage!

The wraith turned around facing the pegassi couple

“ we have an opening, come on sky lets take this monster down together!”

she brandished her dagger and held sky’s hand

Sky would blush though it would only last a second. "Well, time to jump, strike and hope for the best" Sky would say as he leapt off the building, using the speed they had to pummel towards the wraith, he had the dagger in front ready to stap straight threw.

Mirage moved with sky

There movements in perfect sync, each step, each breath, each heartbeat

As they got closer to the wraith it attempted a backhand slap with its long weapon!

Augercorn rose from the rubble half purple from the bruises

"aww no! therese 4 of them now ...wait wait im just having a concussion." he kneeled down

"almost done"

As the wraith tried to hit sky, all he would do is flap his wings once, giving him a boost that made him go straight under the weapon, causing it to swing straight over him.

The wraith didn't even see this and continued its swing opening up its chest for them even more

Mirage follwed and they closed in on the opening Augercorn made

"now sky!" she shouted as they closed in on the opening"

Sky would take a deep breath as he stabbed the dagger straight into the opening.

they both stabbed into the beast striking its etherial body!

the daggers glowed red as they drew in energy from the beast

both pegasi pulled back as the best jumped back in both shock and pain

"WUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!" it let out another ear splitting wail causing Mirage to cover her ears.

the wraith stepped back kneeled over resting on the long weapons. then it stood up and starred at the couple

"are you kidding me!" shouted mirage the beast recovered and slowly stepped towards them

"well we hurt it?" what else we got?"
