Eclipse didn't bother to do any fancy acrobatics, instead opting to spread his limbs to slow himself down as he fell through the air, eventually repositioning his body as he got close enough to the ground to land directly on his feet, redistributing the force of the impact through his legs and out of his hips. That still didn't stop the power of his suit from being depleted, though, so that was a pity. He readied himself for inevitable combat.

Sky would grunt as he stood up. He knew that their was no coincidences in this situation, that chooper had been sent to kill them. Sky would sigh, though the moment he did he would quickly draw his bow and hold a arrow ready. He had heard a rustle in the bush. "Be ready" Sky would say as his suits power reactivated.

Sky would keep the bow raised. He was ready for anything, or so he thought. The moment the Ceph stalker leaped at him sky had used his armor to endure the attack. Sky would then at point blank range let the arrow smash into the ceph killing it with ease. Sky would then pull the arrow out and put it back on the bow strings. "Ceph"

"Huh?" It took a moment for Eclipse to register what he'd been told before another one of the stalkers that had attacked Sky leapt at him out of the blue. He scrambled backwards, taking a glancing blow on his armour, as he blasted the stalker in the chest over and over again before holstering his pistols and pulling out the Incinerator and loosing it at the stalker. It made short work of it, but not before it dealt a final but weak blow. "Yeah. Any ideas what to do?"

"We stay here and do not enter that grass. If we go inside their they will tear us to shreads" Sky wouldsay as he kept his bow raised. If he lowered it they would see the right time to pounce.

"Sounds like a good enough plan for now." Eclipse decided not to reholster his Incinerator and instead use it as his primary weapon for now. His ally seemed to have the range covered, so if anyone ambushed them up close he would make short work of them. Hopefully. "But I don't suppose staying in one position and allowing them to manoeuvre and outflank us will be very helpful either."

"No, it wont. Thats why i hope your armor is on" Sky would say before he turned his on. Sky would quickly turn around and aim his bow at the wall behind him. Sky would let the arrow fly. As the arrow wedged itself into the wall he would hear a roar behid him, which was where the grass was. Sky would quick draw a regular arrow as he shot it straight into the stalker that had lept out of the air and tried to hit him. As the corpse landed sky would pull the arrow out of it. Sky would hear a tick and the wall would blow. "Lets go" Sky would say as he kept his bow raised. He knew the only thing keeping them at bay was that they had the advantage. He hopped they could keep it.

"Yeah, it is. Keeping my armour off at this point would be suicide." Eclipse muttered. He watched Sky drive an arrow into the wall just as he snapped around, Incinerator in hand, to take out the stalker which leapt at Sky. The bow made short work of that one, but another one followed shortly after, this time coming after him. Eclipse rolled off to the side and started firing away at it. The stalker managed to shrug off the first few moments of the flamethrower and keep coming, but thankfully the loud and sudden explosion of the wall, which brought down enough debris that the stalker was momentarily disoriented. All Eclipse had to go, however, was to keep the trigger of his Incinerator depressed, and it eventually managed to finish off the stalker.

"Alright, time to go." Eclipse shook his head vigorously and followed Sky, Incinerator still raised.

Sky would walk through the hole, and as he was fully through he would pull a REX charge from his belt. Sky would throw it at the roof of the building they were in. One it attached itself sky would leave the building and detonate the charge, preventing the walkers from cominb at them though also starting a whole heap of problems. Sky would see a red line that was on his chest. The moment sky saw thsi he would quickly dive to the side, and as he did taht a sniper round, big enough to pierce straight through him, slammed into the ground. "Well, we found out team. This is probably them fightign right now"

Eclipse followed Sky all the way, eventually coming to a stop outside where he took a moment to catch his breath after dodging several pieces of falling debris. And then of course he was forced to roll to the side and search for cover when a sniper round nearly killed Sky. He sprinted over to and hid behind the nearest object that would give him sufficient cover.

"Hopefully" Sky would say as he started to move around the corner of the rock, only for a round to slam into the rock, and another one to wizz past his head. The moment they rang out sky would quickly duck back. "We cant stay here, that sniper will end up shooting straight through our cover, those are massive rounds"

"Well then, what do you suggest we do?" Eclipse muttered as he jerked his head to the side, one particularly powerful round managing to penetrate straight through his paltry cover. "Do you think a nanosuit is powerful enough to absorb them, or at least long enough for us to get somewhere safe?"

Sky would catch the grenade before pulling out one of the two hammer pistols he had. Sky would wait a few seconds before he through the smoke grenade, though he did not pull the pin. "Alright, we run around the corner, i will shoot the smoke and we should make it"

"Not sure grenades work like that, but I'll trust you." Eclipse reholstered his Incinerator and pulled out his two pistols as well, preparing for longer-range fighting. "Whenever you're ready." As soon as Sky would run out Eclipse would follow suit, leaving Sky to shoot the grenade.

sky would sigh, hoping he would make the shot. "Three, two, one, NOW" Sky would say as he ran around the corner, and he would shot the pin straight off the smoke grenade. When he did that the smoke would fill the whole area up.

Well done. Eclipse thought as he took off from his starting position as well and, under the cover of smoke, sprinted away from the sniper. he heard a few shots thudding to the ground behind him as the sniper tried to gauge where he was, but thankfully none of them landed. Yet.
