Need some help getting motivation again

A while ago, I started making a MLP Fanfic called Royalty on Rails. It about Celestia, Luna, and Cadence teleporting to earth after a magic spell gone wrong. I was doing a pretty good job keeping up with the chapters, but I lost motivation. I also lost a sense of direction on the story.

I'm wondering if anyone can give some advice of what direction to pursue or just scrap the entire fanfic and start again.
