Which is why Ironmane specifically woke earlier to brush her coat and mane. So maybe that scent of lilac I described in the last scene is a sort of holy salve that does wonders for one's mane? And maybe that scent is associated with the Order the way the smell if certain incenses are associated with various real-world churches and temples?

Hey, Starburst ... would you be all right with Bramble developing a custom spell for Druids? Balance-wise, I based it off of Shillelagh (and Spiked Chain) but instead of making two +1 weapons, it instead grants the exotic weapon and weapon finesse feats for one weapon, for the duration.

Rose Whip

Spell Level 1

Casting Time 1 standard action

Components V, S, DF

Range touch

Target one touched rose

Duration 1 min./level

Saving Throw N/A

Your own non-magical rose's stem lengthens and thickens as its thorns become razor sharp as rose petals float around you. The rose becomes a 'Rose Whip' weapon that you can wield as if you had the "Weapon Finesse" feat and appropriate exotic weapon proficiency. This does not grant Weapon Finesse with any other weapon you are holding while using the Rose Whip, nor does it allow you to use any other Rose Whip as if you had the appropriate exotic weapon proficiency or Weapon Finesse. These effects only occur when the weapon is wielded by you. No other wielder gains the weapon proficiency or weapon finesse.

When the duration ends, the Rose Whip turns back into a non-magical rose.

Weapon:

Rose Whip: 2d4 damage x2 (Slashing), disarm, trip, grapple

Also, in conjunction, a cantrip:

Fresh Bloom

Spell Level 0

Casting Time 1 standard action

Components V, S, DF

Range touch

Target one touched cut plant

Duration 24 hours

Saving Throw N/A

A druid can keep a cut plant alive and healthy as if it still had roots in good soil. By casting this spell while watering the cut plant, it resists extremes of temperature, season, and stays as if it were freshly cut for 24 hours.

Bramble sticks his hooves in his ears. "Lalalalalalala!"

Besides, she's married. He's just rarely home. that's why her reading spot looks out over the western road - cause that's the road his sire comes in along whenever he returns.

You're making this sound more and more like a Harlequin romance. Just add in a southern drawl.
