Looking for an Epica artist

I looking for some ponified picture combinations or free-form grey-scale art I have some jumping off points for ideas of what i am looking for

Basically an ArchAngel type with worn armor. Doesn't have to be those types of wings. The wings by the for more ideas, can be full-fledged wings like the first link or a tattered cape flowing out like wings ie the second link. with the mane the same color or close to the mane of my profile picture as well as the body color. Dirt and smudges are fine for effect purposes. Weapon(s) are not required, shields fine if you want to add.

for the background either like the first link or a post-apocalyptic Equestria (the second would make my world)

Note Will be willing to pay... Higher tips for the more epic it is....

I would photoshop myself but have no clue how to use my program >.< lol
