Bringing Ponies into Reality

I know this has been done a lot, but it's a really good way for me to learn photo manipulation. I'm starting to "bring ponies into reality", so to speak. By inserting a vector of them into a real life photo. I really enjoy doing this, but enjoy the feedback even more! Could I get an opinion on my first one done so far? What's wrong, what needs fixed, what do you like in particular, et cetera. I'll have the original image, along with the edited one, so you may compare.

In particular for this one, I need your opinions on how I did my shadowing.

hi hi

Two things to note, other than what crp_dude has already said. Take a look at the shadow behind the girl sitting on the bench. They're really soft edges compared to Lyra's cast shadow. Also, look at the color of the shadow. The girl's shadow is slightly red because the color of her dress is being reflected by the white paint. Lyra's shadow should probably have a hint of cyan in it to show that its reflecting her color.
