Origin: born in Appleoosa. moved to ponyville a week after birth and was raised there until adulthood. moved back to Appleoosa when he became an adult. currently lives in Appleoosa but often travels to and from Appleoosa and Ponyville to visit his family there. he also takes frequent vacations to uninhabited areas of equestria and goes on long expeditions to find treasures to bring to his family.

Occupation: currently working as a Doctor (surgeon) in Appleoosa.

Motivation: radience is motivated by the thought of helping others and fulfilling his need for thrill and adventure.

Likes: the sight of gore, helping others, expeditions, danger

Dislikes: not being able to understand something, swimming, cold weather

Family: Has no siblings. His mother and father live in Ponyville.

Cutie Mark story: one day When radience was little, he walked outside by himself at night into the everfree forest to grab some special tea leaves for a special type of tea that was supposed to make ponies have better memory spans. at the time he was a medical student the royal canterlot palace. he wanted this special tea becuase he was having a really hard time remembering where he left his book entitled "pony anatomy and physiology for foals", which he needed for his studies. when he entered the forest he noticed that the air was practically riddled with the smell of rotting plant life and foliage, and rotting decaying flesh of some unknown source. upon further exploration of the forest, radience came across a cave. inside was believed to be where the leaves he needed grew. so he entered the cave and easily retrieved the tea leaves. after acquiring the leaves, he exited the cave very slowly as he took note of the trace amounts of blood that covered sections of the wall within the cave. at the exit, he noticed a a skeleton the size of a foal, still fresh with scraps of flesh. this frightened radience so he left the forest, went home, and made the special tea. after drinking the tea he quickly found his book, and began his studies. later on that night, he went back to the same cave to look over the pony carcass he had found only to find it was gone. he explored the cave deeper this time, using only the glow of his horn as light, with the book by his side, and a saddlebag filled with medical supplies including sutures, medications of various types and uses, and more of the tea, on his back. deeper into the cave, he found a male zebra locked in a cage, in need of medical attention. the zebra had suffered mild head trauma and had a flesh wound opened up on his front left leg. the lock on the cage was rusted and radience easily broke it open with his hooves. after freeing the zebra who was unconscious, he sewed his leg wound shut, and woke him up. then he escorted the zebra out of the cave. while he was sewing the leg shut, radience found that he thoroughly enjoyed performing surgery and helping others.. when the zebra was finally out of the cave the zebra revealed he could still walk on his own and told radience "what you did for me just now was a deed worthy of reward. here take this artifact i was searching for in the cave. i dont need it anyways, it'd be best if you took it. for the trouble." and with that, the zebra handed radience a black tinted transparent gemstone and a piece of parchment, and trotted off to an unknown area off in the distance of the forest. it was then that radience realized he was special becuase he loved to help people and was good at it. thus, earning his cutie mark, a shield with a blue cross, representing his helpful nature and skill with medical care. upon reading the parchment, radience found that this was a legendary gemstone that was used in the forging of the elements of harmony. radience quickly put the parchment and gemstone in his saddlebags and trotted hastily home. later on radience presented the gemstone to his parents who put it up proudly on display in their home. that is when radience also found his love for treasure hunting and exploration. this did not affect his cutie mark though. just a serious hobby.

Personality: radience is a worker and a helper. he is rather awkward however. he is a smooth talker and rather perceptive, but tends to be overbearing and uncouth. easily angered but slow to fight, a pacifist, although mental instability causes him to enjoy gore and violence, and also often tends to act self destructively during manic cycles. when calm, he is a very fun, loving, caring type of pony. easily sympathizes with others about his and their own problems.
