Character colour: Very light gray, mistaken for white.

Mane/Tail/Other: her mane and tail are alternating pink and purple with well coiffed curls in them, hoofed over expertly- or as close as she can get- in an attempt to look dashing. It tends to fail and as a result she just looks adorable.

Physique: She does not have

Residence: Ponyville with her mom and dad, though she is rarely ever there

Occupation: Student and Crusader!

Cutie Mark: None...yet.

Unique Traits: Sweetie Belle has an amazing singing voice even if she fails to recognize it for what it is. She has limited magical ability due to her tutelage under the Princess of Friendship alongside her friends. Is a natural songwriter and composer even if once again she fails to grasp it.

History: Sweetie Belle was born to a “middle-class” family in Ponyville. Her daddy Hondo Flanks was a former professional hoofball player and though he was by no means one of the best, he managed to make a nice living that in retirement allowed him and his wife to settle down in a small town and live off of it. The result is a nice upbringing for the newest addition to the family, who took to her schooling with gusto,

Sweetie is young and her history thus not that extensive, but in her short life she has had a few hallmark events. Her sister opening up her own shop when Sweetie was just a newborn gave Sweetie a home away from home, Carousel Boutique the place that Sweetie frequents the most as she tries to impress her successful and lovely older sister. As her classmates started to get their cutie marks, the little filly found herself seemingly alone and somewhat demure until she met Scootaloo, a pegasus pony who also didn't have her cutie mark. Soon after they met Apple Bloom, an Earth pony filly who didn't have one either, and formedthe Cutie Mark Crusaders. Together they have represented Ponyville at the Equestria games, gone on Crusades, and become the best of friends. Ever since their formation, the organization has dominated Sweetie's time and she couldn't be happier,

Character Summary/Personality: Sweetie Belle is one of the most positive and upbeat ponies in all of Equestria...or just Ponyville. Either way, she is a joy to be around. With an open mind and heart she is willing to accept just about anything and everything given to her with a smile, Her ability to engage and be engaged has allowed her t make a wide range of friends. Even those who may consider themselves her enemies don't necessarily brutalize her nearly as much as they do her friends, a fact which confuses and annoys Sweetie Belle.

Her friendliness and positivity has led some to consider her somewhat dull and in their defense she sometimes lives up to this. She is naive and trusting, willing to give ponies chance after chance and as a result is gullible. Her hopes and dreams are so big and vivid to her that they sometimes crowd out reality. She is easily misled and has problems paying attention, leading to fluctuating grades dependent entirely on the quality of distractions in class.

But for all of her positivity and love and gullibility, once a pony does cross a line with Sweetie Belle, she can get very mean and vindictive. Even her sister, whom she loves more than anypony in the world with only three exceptions, felt her wrath once and it almost ruined her. It takes a great deal of damage, or perceived damage, to be done to Sweetie Belle to reach this stage. He general positivity and openness prevents this from being a common problem and it is an aspect of her character often unseen by most..

Sweetie Belle desperately wants her cutie mark. This mission is not as overwhelming a need as it is for her friend Apple Bloom but it is there and she has went high and far for it. What is far more important to her are her friends and family, whom she keeps close and happy. It is crucial that they respect her. Scootaloo has to think she is cool, Apple Bloom that she is worthy, Rarity that she is classy, and for her parents to just not be embarrassed. So far she has succeeded for the most part, The two most important relationships to her are with Rarity and the CMC. These take precedent over just about anything because in the world of Sweetie Belle, friendship is more important than...well, everything else!
