This is my newest OC, Spark. He's a baby Dragon and best friend of my other OC, Neon.

He breathes electricity/lightning! Or electric fire...Is that even possible..? e.o

Anyways....yeah!

Edit: Gave him wings X3 I kinda fail at dragon wings but..meh. ^-^'
