I suggest making the lines darker when coloring... well... it might not be necessary considering the style of the show's lines. Maybe, it would be better to change to color of the lines to blue or something?

You can easily make the lines darker by messing with brightest and contrast before coloring. And, if your interested, I can pm you an explanation on how to use saturation to change colors.

Thank You very much, these words are good to hear. Sure I would like to get explanation how to do it ^_^ I think at first I will need a better pencil to make lines a little darker.
