It isn't tracing and sad You think it is tracing.

I use pony creator as REFERENCE, I make pony in pony creator then take pencil + paper and draw her at my table while looking at pony that I made in pony creator, it is A LOT easier to practice this way.

You know, Quicklime, you don't even have the correct hair in your "proof".

Two things, tracing isn't necessarily a crime unless someone is obviously duplicating someone else's work and attempting to pass it off as their own. Professional artists trace things all the time to get an idea for their own actual work.

A pony creator as a reference is fine as well, and this appears to be a freehand copy of a Pony Creator, which is fine as well. I've done this myself in attempts to teach myself to draw. Practicing drawing an established image is a good way to learn how to do it for themselves.
