Glitter in Uniform

Looks great! My first thought was it was a FE: Three Houses uniform.

*nods* I didn't know what that was until I looked it up right now. Yep those uniforms were used as reference for this one. And now I know where the reference images originated! ^-^

Really pretty work, something about her dress is rining some bells, but I cannot put my finger onto it...nevertheless is amazing work what I am seeing here!
