      Random advice: They taste like orange peels and chalk, but there are these Vitamin C mix pouches you dump into water bottles--alternating those with alka-seltzer tabs in water bottles work miracles for colds and the like.

      Mostly. Or I'm on a "better path" now. New rules regarding what to eat and when to take certain medications. I was stupid and didn't take care of myself again is basically what happened.

    How do you see whose online here?  The new lay out has messed that ability up some.
