1. (I was waiting on Someone to respond, but in the mean time I may as well put my response in, I hope that's okay. Sorry if it seemed I was abandoning this or anything :))

Sterling smiled back at the mare as he nodded and sat in the seat opposite her. Honestly, the stallion could hardly believe he had got this far. He was of course nervous but also rather proud of himself for taking the risk of approaching this mare, and he hoped it would pay off. When he sat he set his coffee on the table, sipping it slightly before quickly observing the mare up close. Naturally, he was able to get a better look at her.

Sterling noticed the mare's figure, it was rather slim but still visibly stunning to say the least, and her mane looked well kept and styled, also stunning. This lead Sterling to the remarkable conclusion that, "Sweet Celestia this mare is gorgeous. And you're at the table with her. Try to be confident." He concluded in his head as he readied himself and started the conversation.

"Thank you. I was just across the room and couldn't help but notice you. What I mean is, my patrol usually leads me through here and I stop in here on occasion and I've never seen you around these parts before. Do you come here often, Miss.....?" Sterling asked, happy with his question. He then began to think though, "Wait...where have I seen this mare before...?...I feel as if I know her from somewhere..." Sterling pondered.

  2. Well, that changes things then :)

Since she's Crossover you can keep it how you please, there's no real set rules for Crossover so you can make her as whacky and zaney as your heart desires. The only thing you have to watch out for is it being appropriate for all ages, still gotta keep yourself on the ball on that one.

As for the town and the cutie mark, like I said, no real set rules so you can make up and include what you please for her :)

So, you don't have to change much, other than make her apped for Crossover, which you've already done.

I can see this app being pretty good to go now under these circumstances, I would advise as a quick touch up to maybe include how she interacts with other ponies, like socially, and possibly how her interest in music began. :)

Glad the confusion was cleared up :D

  3. Hey, Tempo. Nice to see you're looking to get into RPing, and I rather like your choice of character. I do have a few suggestions though that could help develop this app and get you on the RP Forums :)

First off, her town of origin, "New Hayseed". Sorry to break it to you but from what I can see, from Canterlot's RP canon there is no such town, and saying it in an app doesn't really make it exist. I would suggest either placing her in a town close to Manehatten or just have her birth place be Manehatten itself. If you need to know where locations are in relation to each other, here's a map of Canterlot's current Mane RP Canon:

    http://www.canterlot.../Map_Normal.jpg :)

Now as for her talent, spray cans and or spray paint aren't part of Mane RP from what I know, especially when it may involve unlawful actions that end up getting the authorities involved as you said. I would suggest sticking to a more traditional means of her to express her passion, like a simple paint brush for example; that would allow her to express her talent through art with her own pieces and possibly still murals, the graffiti thing will likely have to go though since it's not really used in Mane RP. You don't have to give up her passion or her talent entirely, but I would suggest reworking it so it fits more into RP guidelines. ;)

And one more thing, CDs are too technological for Equestria and we've yet to see any in the show. I would advise sticking to vinyls in terms of music :)

I hope this has helped, and if you need anything else to get Stencil moving along here, just let me know :D

  4. Sterling continued absentmindedly looking out the window as he sipped on his warm drink, every now and then looking back at the mysterious yet beautiful mare, even if he didn't mean to her found his eyes drawn to her, like it was an impulse, "Ack, what's gotten into me?" he asked himself, "Have you no self control, Sterling? You're a royal guard for Celestia's sake!" he questioned himself once again, sighing slightly.

He continued sipping at his drink, not sure if there were even any liquid left in the cup, as his mind and attention were drawn to other things. The inner conflict of whether to simply go over there or whether to stay put continued to play out in his head, "Nothing to lose...and you are rather lonely..." the confused unicorn pondered as he saw the mare get up, as he hoped she wasn't leaving. Much to his relief it appeared she was only getting a drink, the royal guard breathed a sigh of relief but his ears also perked up as he heard the mare speak.

"Sweet Celestia, that voice." He thought once again, holding his jaw shut this time, "Forget loneliness". This was it, he wasn't about to sit by and let an opportunity pass him by. He muttered under his breath as he finished his drink, "Not this Hearts and Hooves day." He vowed quietly as he got up from his seat. He saw his cup being empty as an opportunity so he made his way back up to the counter, making eye contact with the mare and idly nodding and smiling at her as he did. He turned to the cashier, "One black coffee, keep the change." He stated as nonchalantly as he could hope.

Having set the bits on the counter and taking his drink, Sterling turned as if he was going to make his way back to his original spot, but instead he took a silent, deep breath and approached the mare's table, to stand at a chair opposite her at the same table. This was it, no screw ups now. He cleared his throat slightly and addressed the mare, "Hi there. Um, hope you don't mind me asking, Ma'am but, is this seat taken?" Sterling asked calmly, in his head having thoughts race back and forth as to what might happen. He hoped for a positive outcome.

  5. Sterling held his stance and salute, answering his superior's superior quickly.

"No, ma'am. No questions required, ma'am. Ready to serve duties to the best of my abilities, ma'am!" Sterling stated clearly, as a small inner conflict in his head was wondering if he did indeed have any questions. He looked quickly at the two ponies with him, one was a Lunar Guard, and the other was a superior Sterling hadn't gotten off to the best of starts with. He would have gulped nervously had he the good sense not to.

He wasn't exactly surprised that Radiant was going to be his instructor, but that didn't make it any less daunting. For his first day, he prayed to Celestia that he wouldn't screw up. He put all doubt aside though, kept his chest puffed out and remained ready for anything.

  6. Sterling Silver, proud young royal guard cadet was enjoying a small break from his duties with a walk through the city of Canterlot. He walked with some thoughts plaguing his mind, that of Hearts and Hooves day. The upcoming holiday was becoming more and more apparent to the stallion as he began his stay in Canterlot. Being born in Ponyville and only recently moved, Sterling was feeling unusually alone for one of the few times in his life.

Regardless, he happened upon a small coffee shop and figured he could spend some time with his thoughts in there. He continued thinking. Sterling was never one to contemplate the complexity's of life, such as love, he mostly kept to his own agenda of magic and physical training, along with his royal guard duties. But, at this time of year he always felt himself pondering if there was every anypony out there for him, those same thoughts becoming more and more present, given he was away from home and family for the first time in...well, ever.

He ordered himself a small drink and took a seat near a window. He didn't drink right away and instead absentmindedly moved his hoof around the rim of the cup, sighing to himself. He then began to look around, wanting to get a good idea of who was also in the establishment. He spotted a stallion with his head on the table, hitting it against it slightly. He thought it was odd but didn't want to delve into matters he had no idea about. As his eyes scanned the rest of the cafe his vision passed a sight he could only describe as, beautiful.

Sterling's eyes had passed over a gorgeous mare at another table. Now, of course, the unicorn had seen plenty a pretty mare in his life but never one that caused his mouth to literally hang open for a second. He of course closed his jaw and averted his eyes at the risk of embarrassment but in his head he could hear a small voice say to him, "Well, Sterling...you're lonely, aren't you? Why not say hello?" this inner suggestion was almost crazy to the stallion, he was never one for theatrics or charisma, so the idea of simply hitting on somepony across the room seemed alien to him.

He continued thinking though, "Well...I guess it couldn't hurt...I mean...what have I to lose?" Sterling wondered. He shook his head slightly, took a long sip from his drink and remained seated. He had a desire to stand up and merely ask this mare her name but his own nerves seemed to be keeping him back. Despite this though, Sterling knew deep down that he was lonely right now...and that possibly this mare could change that. He hoped anyway.

  7. Hey, an interesting character you have here, Quill, I always approve of those who are very literate ponies.

But, there are a few things in my opinion that could be improved on. One would be his backstory. It seems very much like his whole past was just a throw-away concept, like it didn't leave too big of an impact on him, also it seems a tad cliched with the parents getting taken away from him and so forth; not a direct criticism but perhaps it could be something you could alter to make it more fresh and new and as a result, interesting :)

Another aspect I would try to improve on is how you tell what type of personality he has. With the backstory we're given it doesn't quite explain where some of his notable traits came from, such as his friendliness and love for writing. It could be improved on if you say, gave him a reason why he loved to write, like he once read something very inspirational like a Daring Do book or something similar, which would help tie into his occasional foray into adventuring. And as for how his personality has developed to where it is now, that doesn't seem very fully explained. You said his parents were taken away from him, which basically meant his life is completely flipped upside down, and yet it seems from how you've described he just dusts himself off and gets on with it. Perhaps you could include some information on a personal struggle he had to go through in order to reach a friendly and respectable place in society?

And on the subject of struggles, his cutie mark seems like it was too easily obtained in my opinion. A cutie mark should be something that's earned and experienced, a mark that a pony knows what they want to do with their life, and here it seems like more of a reward for reading a powerful story at the sun celebration, which is all well and good but he doesn't seem to have too much trouble with it; perhaps a state of panic or even desperation when he's told he'll be reading in front of thousands while he's working on this story could be added to develop his cutie mark more? :)

And finally I would suggest adding some personality traits that reflect him how you want him to be portrayed to others, like fears and emotional tenancies, like say a fear of dragons for example.

Aside from all that I can see some simple spelling, grammatical and formatting errors but those can be easily fixed with another read through and a quick edit. These are all just my opinions though, you know your character better than anybody, and I hope my suggestions have helped :)

Looking forward to see how Quill here develops :D

  8. Sterling admittedly didn't feel the most welcome at first, but he quickly decided to throw that schoolyard mentality out of his head, realizing this wasn't the time nor place for it. This was the military and right now he didn't have time for idle fascinations or making friends...though he did hope the latter would eventually come, after all if he had no friends then this job wasn't going to be as comfortable as he originally thought.

Sterling merely nodded at Radiant and didn't bother coming back with a fumbled reply, he saluted her as she saluted him, "Yes, Private Steel, won't happen again." he replied as professionally as he could. What he didn't expect next was seemingly a lunar guard walking up to them. He opted to give a similar approach like he did with Radiant.

He saluted promptly and stood at attention, "Yes, Sergeant!" Sterling said with Radiant, keeping his stance similar to hers.

  9. Sterling wasn't sure what to expect when he arrived at his first post when his partner got here, a pat on the back maybe? Some words of encouragement? Sufficed to say, Sterling can be ignorant at times. When Radiant dropped down next to him and began speaking directly to him he was compelled to jump out of his skin. Instead he opted to keep his form and turned to face the seemingly imposing pegasus and answer her questions promptly, "Yes, trainee Sterling Silver." He replied quickly, but wasn't as prepared for her neck question.

"Um, nothing. I was just looking-" Then Sterling was at a loss of things to say. What could he have said? His own reflection? That would have been the truth but would he want to risk sounding so potentially pompous, or worse, invasive? He luckily didn't get a chance to answer since a rather direct statement was hurled in his face soon after, to which he responded, "Well, I wasn't, I mean, I wasn't doing that I, can't, wasn't...wait a second." He stated as he turned to look at the building he was looking into, and to his luck, it wasn't a place of residence, but rather a cafe, "Oh thank you, Celestia." He thought as he pointed to the window.

"With all due respect, I was merely...looking at these...lunc- dinner deals." Sterling saved himself, not even knowing if they had lunch hours. The unicorn brushed that off as a bad first impression, and now had a goal of fixing that if possible. The last thing he wanted was a partner that disliked him, so he decided to be a gentlecolt and introduce himself.

"My name's Sterling Silver, as I said, and I'm guessing you must be Radiant Steel, I saw your name in the assignment folder. Pleasure to meet you." He stated, extending a friendly hoof, hoping to Celestia that the stern exterior he saw wasn't the full embodiment of Radiant's personality, and hoping they could put this embarrassing incident behind them and work to become friends.

  10. Rainbow Dash was, as usual, soaring over the cloudy skies of Ponyville. Given they were indeed, cloudy, meant the mare had a lot of work to do today. Dash didn't mind as she could usually whip through such bothersome clouds in a microsecond but something seemed...off today, and she just couldn't quite put her hoof on it. Given recent events, everypony she knew was always on their hooves, ready to act at any sign of strange activity. The thing that kept Rainbow on her tippy-hooves today was the abnormally large amount of cloud. Again it was no big deal for her but she couldn't help shake the feeling that something was wrong.

Regardless, after she had finished she had left one cloud for her to lounge on and she turned it to the best sight she could think of, the royal city of Canterlot. After a few moments of bathing in the sun, the pegasus could have sworn she saw something, like a flicker of light fly from the mountaintop city, "Huh?" she questioned as she got from her could to swoop up and take a closer look at her surroundings below.

Everything seemed relatively normal as she scanned the surface. Her vision went across a few normal objects; a cart full of delicious carrots, a tree, a fence, a bird and a clump of grass; going back she say a clump of grass, a bird, a fence, a tree and a cart full of delicious turnips. She the proceeded t- "Wait what?" she inquired erratically as she flew down to the cart of turnips, "This was just carrots a few seconds ago! What's the big idea?!" the rainbow mare exclaimed, expecting somepony to answer.

Of course, nopony did, "If somepony's messing with me-" she was cut off by a crack of thunder and a rain of...whipped cream? Her eyes widened as her face was pelted with a large dollop, quickly scraping it off, "Discord! Gotta find the others!" Rainbow shouted as she bolted just above the ground, running into something she couldn't even describe, but in a blind fit of both discovery and terror she gave her view on what it was, "AH! Mini Discord!" belted the pegasus as she nearly collapsed from shock, but dashed away to a nearby fence for cover.

  11. Sterling Silver, proud Equestrian and one of the newest ponies to sign on to be a Royal Guard. Though, only just an adult, Sterling has always made it his goal in life to excel past his age in almost anyway he can, which has led him to the grand capital city of Canterlot. The Ponyville born stallion had always dreamed of one day being able to rise to the rank of being a Royal Guard, ever since he first laid eyes on one of them back home. To this unicorn, everything just seemed to fit; the armor, the authority, the respect, the responsibility, even the stance at which they constantly stood, he just loved everything about the job.

And after years of preparation and a fair bit of paperwork, the young stallion unicorn finally found himself where he had wanted to be; in Canterlot, on patrol, wearing the coveted armor he had seen all those years before. As soon as he was assigned his first duties and given that symbol of everything he ever wanted to be, the picturesque capital became a home away from home.

On his first day of patrol and assigned duties, Sterling took his first steps from his barracks out onto the rough dirt and then lovely paved stone of the city, feeling it under his newly acquired boot, grinning lightly as inside he was nearly exploding with enthusiasm. He kept his cool though, on the off-chance he seemed weak to his superiors, and possibly local trouble makers. He levitated out an issued map of the city and located his first post, roughly around main street and began a brisk trot there.

Once reaching his intended location, he looked around for anything that looked remotely like a guard post. Seeing nothing in the immediate area, yet being told there was a post there, he merely found a nearby wall and made his stand there, keeping the same stance he had seen when he was a young colt, feeling rather proud on the inside.

The stallion had been told that there would be another guard nearby, but seeing none at that moment, he opted to stay put and not risk something so early on the job, "Okay...first day...make it count." Sterling directed to himself as he looked at a nearby window, seeing his reflection and smiling back at himself. Whether or not this unicorn's first day at his dream job if eventful or not remains to be seen...

  12. 33o5tlk.jpg

Despite his well traveled nature, Colton was never really one for Nightmare Night. Both he and Sparks would of course participate in the holiday, sporting outfits and having as grand a time as they could but could never really wrap their heads around what was so compelling about dressing up like somepony you weren't and going around asking for sugary sweets and pranking ponies...though whenever he brings those points up he may as well have answered his own question.

Regardless, the stallion and sparrow had found themselves in Ponyville for this darkest of nights, dressed in a rather simple yet still functional getup. Colton sported a dark cloak, and with it some matching dark claw shaped boots, and in his jaw there were some teeth with fake fangs, given the impression of Colton being a creature of the night, or, more colloquially, a vampire. Sparks didn't have much to work with, given that he was just a sparrow, but he found a few things and Colton had helped fashion said things into some makeshift wing extensions and some pointed ears. In these outfits the pair looked like a vampire lord and his trusty pet bat, "Not bad for like a night of preparation." The pegasus stated confidently.

They made their way through the quote, 'spooky' streets of Ponyville, taking in all the sights, sounds and on one or two occasions, smells; looking for anything that would tickle their fancy in terms of entertainment. They came across an assortment of stalls; from apple dunking to candied apples to spider throwing to even balloon animals, "Balloon animals?" Colton inquired absentmindedly as he read a sign on said stall saying 'Sorry. Ran out of ideas.', "Ah." He stated.

All around all he could spot was ponies and monsters, ponies and monsters, ponies and monsters as far as the eye could see. He flew into the sky to get a better look and he saw, what else, ponies and monsters. He lowered himself back down to the ground, and nodded to the oddly dressed sparrow on his shoulder, "So, what now?" He asked as Sparks proceeded to make several squeaking noises, "What?" Colton inquired as the bird squeaked again, "Sparks, you don't have to be in character...Well you can be, but please don't." He replied with a glare as Sparks sighed and went back to chirping his response, "Ring toss?" The vampire pegasus questioned, "Well...better than nothing, right?" He replied as the two made their way to the ring toss, spotting a nearby candied apple vendor.

  13. Pandora is indeed very adorable. ^.^

If there were to be a spawn of Discord I would imagine it would be something like Pandora, everything just seems to fit very nicely and is rather believable. It's clear that some thought has gone into making Pandora a legitimate and likable character, and not just somebody who'd be like "Lol, spawn of Discord, kneel please." :)

I look forward to see what you do with her, she is quite interesting from what I've read :D

  14. Hey, your character here looks very nice, and looks like it's got off to a great start. I rather like the design and execution of Winter and I think she's going to be a great addition to the Mane RP ^_^

Two things I would suggest that may need a touch up though are a bit of her past, before her cutie mark, and how she is in more social situations.

You make it clear that she loves flowers and first got interested in them by visiting Whitetail woods, but perhaps you could explain it a tad more where this initial interest came from? Maybe due to her shyness she was brought there by others and was entranced by what she saw? Or maybe a parent of hers had an interest in botany and had told her about the woods beforehand, sparking an interest? It's a small detail really but in my opinion it helps those reading about her to get a better idea of what she is like, given where her interest would have came from.

And as for the subject of social situations, you've said that she interacts with her customers and aims to please them but perhaps you could mention how she acts around other ponies? You said she's easy to talk to in her now mature age but maybe more examples of her personality could be given, like say, is she gentle or kind or quirky, anything really, and that gives people a better idea of how Winter will act in certain situations, but leaves room for spontaneity and excitement in the actual RPs she'll be in. :)

That's pretty much it really. These are just my opinions though, you know your character better than anybody else. Hope the suggestions helped though and I'm looking forward to seeing how Winter develops :D

  15. Hey, Huscarl :)

Your character here looks very interesting, I'm liking the whole 'snake oil pony' thing you have going on, it's very creative. And also, his name be one of the greatest I have ever seen grace the site, I just had to chuckle when I read it

But as I was reading through it, I found myself wondering about Foxglove's sense of adventure, and exactly where he got it from. Don't get me wrong, an adventurous attitude is always good but a way I would improve a character like this would be to give them reason why they loved adventure so much. Perhaps he could have come across a Daring Do book once or twice, and since he lived in the less economical part of the city he would end up cherishing them a lot more and would want to aspire to be like Daring herself?

And also, you could include a small segment from his foal-hood somewhere between his discovery for what he wanted to be and his discovery of his love of adventure? Like him trying new adventurous things and seeing what would fit, a CMC approach to things perhaps? :) In my opinion it would give us a better perspective on how he interacts with those he's trying to impress rather than just saying he has impressed them, giving us a better idea of his approach and a better idea of what he is like.

Apart from that though I think this app is great, very creative and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with it :D Hope my suggestions were of use :)

  16. Hey, I was looking at your chatacter and I have to say he looks very interesting, rather neat actually :)

I like how you give his parents a believable character, and making them upper-class without being very stuck up, it's a refreshing take on rich parents I haven't seen in a while, so kudos to you on that one ;)

But I noticed you didn't really include that much detail on how Charles here got his cutie mark. I can understand his love of music, and that a bass would be something that would help him discover his cutie mark but perhaps there is room for something far more special behind it, like say he was given a chance to perform in the same Opera House he loved so much and was met with lots of praise, leading to his cutie mark? Or maybe he was having trouble getting the hang of the bass but he was met with inspiration one night and wrote his first song, leading to his cutie mark?

These are all of course just suggestions but in my opinion, having a personal struggle your character needs to overcome to achieve their cutie mark makes them far more characterized and 3-dimensional.

Apart from that though I think this is a great app and I look forward to seeing how it develops and wish you the best of luck in getting it approved. :D

Colton'e ears perked up as Telki announced her hobby. The pegasus had come across something he can't quite recall ever coming across before, that being, another adventurer. He wondered, what was he supposed to do in this situation? Usually when he met individuals he would show them his exploits from his journal, but he was now talking to a pony who could do pretty much the exact same thing, it was perplexing to say the least. He turned to Gerrard to respond, still interested in what Telki had to say though, "I can relate. New experiences are always awesome, especially when it involves new ponies...and as for the Wonderbolts, while that is surprising, I don't really follow them to be honest." He chuckled.

Upon reaching the end of that sentence though, he remembered something, something he thinks was relevant, "I have met one of them though. From what I saw from her, they're nice enough ponies." He smiled, Sparks nodding with him, the small bird still wondering over Gerrard's suggestion of egg whites.

The white pegasus then recalled what Telki had said about her hobby, responding in suit, "Again, I can relate. Me and Sparks are always out looking for work, in fact that's pretty much what led us to this job, go figure." He shrugged, looking back at the mare as they walked, "So you do a fair bit of adventuring too then? Care to share a story or two?" He inquired.

  18. Dawn nodded in approval as he was welcomed into this now sizable group of adventurers. For the mostly city-raised pegasus the thought of spontaneous adventure such as this should have been perceived as mad, however at this point the pegasus came to a conclusion; he simply did not care. For once in his life, Dawn was ready to throw caution to the wind and wonder where the great road of life would take him and what experiences said road would hold. It was a rather liberating feeling, and Dawn breathed in every moment of it.

"Thank you. I will indeed hold strong." Dawn replied blankly to Mjolna, smiling internally as he turned himself back towards the bar in the hopes of getting a drink to start this journey off. However, he felt compelled to turn his head as a new figure entered the scene, one that seemed very statuesque and imposing to say the least. The pegasus let out a slight 'Hmm' noise as he couldn't shake the feeling that this pony was...different, unlike anything he had ever seen or encountered; the same could be said for most of today though so he simply shrugged it off, but still with a niggling thought in the back of his mind.

The pegasus contemplated the situation heavily, wondering if he did indeed have the necessary provisions to be and effective medic and navigator out in the field. But then a realization hit him, that this would indeed be a dangerous journey. The pegasus nearly smacked himself for not considering all of the implications of this. He believed himself to be capable in a bout however, and realized he would need something, like a weapon. He looked around, not expecting to find much, until he looked in his pack and found a survival knife, one he had used to get here. He sighed and whispered to himself, "It'll have to do, Dawn..." He uttered begrudgingly as he attached a sheath to his side and secured the instrument carefully, before paying for his accommodation for the night.

    ----

As he lay in his room that night, he couldn't help but mull over the situation, thinking to himself, "Hmm...okay, Dawn...you're heading out to Celestia knows where with a group of ponies you've never even met to dangers you probably have no idea about...why is that such an enticing concept?" He wondered, smirking slightly, "Everypony else seems pretty confident and capable...so I'll just have to be the same...After tonight, there's going to be a new Darkest Dawn in the morning." He concluded before drifting into a deep slumber.

    ----

The morning had came as briskly as it left, leading Dawn outside with the rest of the party. He readied himself as he witnessed a few individuals going on ahead towards the prospect of discovery, laughing as they did. This caused the pegasus to smirk slightly, even chuckling along with them as he followed them into the unknown, keeping himself ready for any task that would best suit his abilities. Standing at the ready just behind Mjolna as he trotted along.

He got right into the adventuring spirit and after hearing a loud roar from an accompanying member, he grinned and shouted, "Ya! Onward!" He bellowed rather spontaneously, not caring one bit as he kept his eyes on the area map, however not before throwing his previous employment contract into the deep snow.

  19. Having read through Sterling's background, it never really explains what his cutie mark is for, or how he got it. I think you were trying to say that his talent was for being in the right place at the right time to help ponies, but there's no real explanation. We'll need you to add in a Cutie Mark Story into his background. Maybe a time where he stumbled into a situation where he was able to help another foal, or something similar.

    Good idea, thank you.

The app's been edited again, let me know if there's anything else that needs changing :D

  20. Well, I've made the necessary changes and I think this app's kept to the rules in terms of REA and other such things.

Despite the whole academy mix up thing, is this app okay or do I still need to change some things?

Sorry if it seems like I'm just bumping here but I was just wondering where this app is going :)

    Thanks :D

  21. Going by the title I'm guessing this is still open so may as well fire a request in :D

I would be very much appreciative if you would make me two RP banners for my two OCs

Here's a reference to both of them

That's just me in the middle, ignore me

Anyway, the two OCs on the left and right I would like banners for, please :)

The one on the left, his name is Colton Cloudkicker.

And the one on the right, his name's Darkest Dawn.

Just a basic one with their portraits in it would be very nice, and the backgrounds just their own colours in a nice fashion.

If you need anymore details, let me know. Thanks for your consideration :D

  22. Hey Conor, I'm going over your app, and need to suggest some changes.

Firstly, as far as Mane RP goes, the Royal Guard is just a part of the Royal Equestrian Army (REA). Any pony wanting to be a Royal Guard would first need to be enlisted in the REA first, then be stationed in the guard. Also, currently there isn't an "Academy" for the the REA, just an Enlistment process. If you want to re-write the character to be an REA trainee in Canterlot, we can work forward from there.

Ah right, thanks for the suggestions there Corsair. I didn't really grasp how the whole REA thing worked so thank you :)

I've rewritten the app to make him a trainee of the REA like you suggested, hope we can work forward now :D
