    I was in exactly the same situation as you, I finally found the courage to tell my most non judging 'friend'. It has not ended well. Not trying to put down on everypony's amazing advice here but that was my personal experience. Your friends are probably more accepting than my 'friends'.

    AMAZING IDEA! Also my hope is to one day become a EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal) officer in the British army. It just seems like the right thing to do, being able to save possibly hundreds of people at a time just through one action. Dangerous but rewarding.
