  1. Such an interesting weapon the other pony is wielding... I like the atmosphere this piece gives off.
  2. It seems pony food truly is the healthiest road to take.

  3. Do you? I find it more rewarding to let everypony reach their conclusions through their own deductions
  4. Interesting insight, thank you Colton! While I may do the New Republic simply because of the aforementioned fact that it's well-established and would let me practice in a set universe, it would also be rather fun to set up my own stories!
  5. I was unaware that this thread could become cluttered, but I do appreciate that decision.
  6. Thank you! I'd love to hear your opinions/thoughts on it, if you're willing to share.
  7. Thanks for the vote Tenkan! Most appreciated
  8. Well thank you It's nice to know somepony likes the work I put into my signature.
  9. I was unaware so many countries fit this description, though it makes sense. Good morning Fawkes
  10. At least you aren't viewed as Imperialist gluttons who do nothing but hide behind their moral depravity and big guns.
  11. I completely understand! I appreciate you helping me even on your unique sleeping pattern That makes sense, thank you.
  12. Darn, I tried so hard to put it in the right place too... What kind of things go in the main creativity forum instead of its subforums? Thinking about it the Writing Discussion area was better, I'm just curious now.
  13. Greetings! As you've probably gathered from the title and poll, I've been mulling over a Star Wars/MLP crossover idea. Done several times before, I know, but it's been a long time since I've been even somewhat excited about writing. My question for everypony is this: would you like to see our favorite characters dispersed throughout the Old Republic or the original era the movies portrayed for us on the silver screen? I've been thinking in terms of the original episodes, with Celestia as Yoda or something similar, Starswirl as Obi-Wan, Twilight as Luke, Rainbow as Han, Fluttershy as Leia, Discord as the Emperor (obviously), and Luna as Darth Vader (ala Nightmare Moon). The parasprites would be the Stormtroopers! This could easily be adapted to Old Republic standards and figures, and I would be more than willing to take suggestions for character roles as well. Maybe parasprites as Rakghouls... Thank you for your time and consideration! Who knows, if this goes well I might write both eras out in some epic extended project.
  14. I have to stop myself from making music references every time I post. That's actually where my musical interest blossomed, from filling my players with music I enjoyed from games. I eventually wanted to know the bands behind the awesome stuff I was hearing, and branched out from there. Pretty sure it started with Crush 40 doing the "Open Your Heart" theme for Sonic Adventure for me.
  15. When I was younger, I never used to care about music at all. True story brony. In other words, ya got time to get there AC.
  16. I'm going to say exactly what everypony else has, that of course it's possible to dislike anything. That includes FiM. Some people even dislike things for the simple reason that others like it. All for the sake of being cool or hipster or something I don't understand. Reading your post above me, it's true that I've shown some people and it hasn't been their cup of hot chocolate. They may have liked what the show represented or taught in an abstract sense, but they didn't like the show itself. I pitied them and moved on. While I'm not going to do it here, but one of these days I'm going to be unable to resist the urge to make musical references in every post I make for a day. P.S. Ya caught me, Dashie. I only read the title and the first few sentences before I was going to post. Entertaining disclaimer.
  17. Electronica, notably Trance, House, some Acid, and DnB. To a somewhat lesser extent, Alternative Rock, Punk, Black Metal, Symphonic Metal, Hard Rock, and New Age/Classical. I almost like everything aside from Country, and I can somewhat tolerate that... sometimes.
  18. I just leave mine on Cartoon Network most of the time, I don't really pay attention to it beyond Adult Swim. My whole setup is across two desks, which houses my computer and music hardware along with my TV, so it's not hard to be distracted away from the usually sub-par programming. Archer is hilarious though, and I do make time for it.
  19. It's like seeing a mindscape on digital paper, brony. Right on. Also, happy early b-day.
  20. Do, or do not. There is no try in bronydom.
