  1. The video below proves it!

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sDdL4z5qfr4&feature=channel&list=UL[/media]

I remember when the same person released this video. I thought it was genuinely from the show. I thought to myself, "This is like Hearts and Hooves Day, but where's Cheerilee... My God... ITS FAN ANIMATED?!"

Now, this person has outdone themselves with a complete music video!

What are your thoughts (seeing as I can't have any with my mind blown and all...)?

  2. Here's a little standard deck I brewed up in Cockatrice (works on PC, Mac, & Linux, thus making it the best mtg application ever.):

    Lunar Banishment (UW Control/aggro)

    4 Fiend Hunter

    4 Cloudshift

    4 Ghostly Flicker

    4 Oblivion Ring

    4 Restoration Angel

4 Sword of War and Peace

    4 Seachrome Coast

    6 Island

    4 Dissipate

    2 Venser, the Sojourner

    8 Plains

    4 Snapcaster Mage

    4 Cavern of Souls

    4 Archon of Justice

    SB: 3 Dispatch

    SB: 2 Sudden Disappearance

    SB: 3 Divine Deflection

    SB: 4 Celestial Purge

    SB: 3 Leonin Relic-Warder

The premise of the deck is to send your opponent's guys to the moon to get in with copious amounts of damage. On fiend hunter, there's a rule where if he returns to the battlefield before his second ability resolves, the exiled creature stays exiled FOREVER! That's where the blink spells come in. I can mass exile a bunch of creatures using o-rings, fiend hunter + cloudshift/restoration angel/ghostly flicker, dispatch (sb), and Celestial purge (sb). Snapcaster squeezes extra value off those blink spells and exile spells from the sideboard. What do you guys think?

Here's an old work I worked on a while ago. I got the idea when I was rewatching Bridle Gossip. In the episode, Twilight was explaining how real magic comes from within and how curses aren't real magic and such. So I was wondering, what is the hard science behind magic? So I came up with this: http://bit.ly/OqoKrW

The piece is kind of lengthy (seven pages of SCIENCE!) but I think it I did a decent explanation. I'm not sure what genre to put this in since its not really a fan fiction in the traditional sense (plot, characters, settings, etc.). I'm currently rewriting/editing it to be put up on Fimfiction, so I'd like to hear your thoughts on the concept.

  4. I have an idea as to why Chrysalis was able to defeat Celestia. I find it hard to believe that Chrysalis was able to one shot Celestia like that just because she drained a lot of love from Shining Armor. I don't think that Celestia would have been able to fight back with all she's got against the Queen since she might hurt someone. After all she's powerful enough to make the sun and moon rise everyday for a thousand years by herself. According to the Hearth's Warming Eve episode, it took several, if not many, unicorns to perform the same task.

  5. I'd like to see a Discord/ Chrysalis team up. I think of them like Lord Zed and Rita from the original Power Rangers (I'm showing my age with this analogy). Either the two would team up just for evil's sake or they become a couple.

As for other villians, I'd like to see Twilight get possessed by something. A powerful unicorn + getting possessed by something evil = bad.

Maybe a plot can be where the mane six are thrown into an alternate Equestria where everypony is bad, including Celestia and Luna. And the twist is, Discord is good and is the only one to get them back!

Also, a creature that feeds off Nightmares and exploits the ponies' worst fears would be fun (thing Scarecrow from the Batman franchise)

I'm liking the possession idea! Especially since I just watched the new Rainbow Dash Presents. A Scarecrow like creature would make a great antagonist for a Nightmare Night episode!

Many people are hoping for the return of Discord, Gilda, or Trixie for Season 3. I would love to see any of them comeback, too! I also have other ideas in mind. For example, I'd like to see a non-supernatural Big Bad. So far the non-supernatural antagonists we've seen are small stuff compared to Nightmare Moon, Queen Chrysalis, or Discord. Trixie wants to be famous; Flim and Flam want to do business; the diamond dogs just want jewels. I want to see a pony who desires all of Equestria in her hoof. Or perhaps a griffin who wants to unlock an ancient power to become the supernatural Big Bad.

Another kind of villain I'd like to see is one of the former villains coming back. I'm talking Grogar (the goat in the picture), Tirek (red dude), or the Great Lord Smooze (

). Mostly Grogar. He seems awesome. What kind of antagonists do you guys want to see?
  7. Can't Find a fitting image so have a Twilight with Rarity's mane:

Story time! During my senior year of high school, I was taking a biotechnology course at a technical college. I had recently turned into a brony (about 2 or 3 months prior) and I was still in that phase where I was an extreme closet brony. I did however reach the point where I was starting to ponify my stuff. I changed by background on Google to one with a saluting Rainbow Dash with a rainbow starburst background. So one day I had turned on my computer to do an assignment about DNA replication and such. I opened the browser and logged into google, having completely forgotten about the background. As soon as I hit enter, a cute RD saluting away. Startled (not scared startled, but "WTF ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" startled), I felt my stomach jump into my throat.

My friend, who was looking for trucks on craigslist at the time, looked over at my screen and donned a confused expression on his face. "Is... Is that a pony?" I started to sweat, as I do when I get nervous.

I responded with a short, "Yeah."

"Why is there a pony on your computer," he asked with a snicker.

A million responses and explanations raced through my head. I decided to go with, "Because she's awesome."

At this point I was mentally facepalming myself multiple times. "So does that mean you watch My Little Pony?" he asked. I nodded. Then his friend, a girl that sat next to me, looked over and commented on how that was a little wierd. Fortunately for me they were good friends and they didn't tease me or anything. They decided got into a conversation about how their cousins also watch the show and how it scares them. I sat there kind of embarassed but at the same time, a little happy. It would have come up one time or another. From that point I decided not to hide my Pony Swag.

TLDR: I had a rainbow dash background on my google homepage. It got discovered in my biotech class. I didn't get teased like I thought I would. I decided not to hide my swag.

So what about you guys? Do you have stories about your Bronyness being accidentally discovered? Or perhaps you discovered someone else is a brony. Look forward to hearing your stories!
