Do you have the model of your computer? It sounds like you haven't installed drivers for your sound card. You can look for the manufacturer's website since they usually let you download the drivers. Same thing happened to a friend a while back

Couldn't resist . Anyway I'm Shear and well just call me Shear since it's already short, and dont call me she because I'm a he. I'm (ABOUT TO READ THE RULES AND GUIDES SECTION) and started watching MLP because of all the crossovers in the youtube, and kept watching cause its like Chuck Norris only much more cutesy. A nice break from all the videogames I play. So... Hello Everypony!
