  1. "What a lovely story." Tia replied, tilting her head and sighing a little. "It's always a nice treat to meet someone with such an exquisite story." Her eyes became unfocused as she began to think of the stallion she had once loved before he got married to somepony else. She looked up and shook her head. "You're right, love can be fragile." she said, looking up at Moonlite as a soft blush crept up on her pelt.
  2. Pesto gasped at the pegasi, and turned to face Grey with a look of mock sternness on her features. "Oh you and your many surprises!" she kissed his cheek and leaned her head against his. "How do you come up with these ideas? You're such a sweet stallion." She sighed happily. "I love you too."
  3. "Guardian angel?" Tia asked, completely confused. "How in Equestria did that come about?" she asked, sitting down on a lounger, and patting the space beside her. "I must say, the story sounds compelling already!"
  4. "A dress maker?" Tia inquired, tilting her head slightly, while trying to match this to her cutie mark. The librarian comment threw her too, and she didn't want to pry too much. She smiled and sipped her juice, waiting for the conversation to pick up. It wasn't that it was awkward between the two mares, Tia just simply didn't want to embarass herself in front of Moon.
  5. My laptop is on it's last legs with a smashed screen and tempermental fan. I'll be getting my new one monday-tuesday ish, so fear not.. I'll be back..
  6. Tia smiled and moved to the cabinet, where she pulled out a carton of juice. She poured two glasses absentmindedly, trying to think of something to say to avoid awkward silence. She turned to the mare and handed her the glass, and the two stood in silence until: "So are you a jewellry maker or something?" she asked, gesturing towards Moonlite's cutie mark.
  7. Dinky took an over exaggerated bow and giggled, following Twilight's lead and looking around for something interesting. She heard another suspicious rustle of leaves and squeaked, motioning Twilight to be quiet. She then got on her belly, indicating that Twilight should do the same. She then began to crawl under the brush, hoping to sneak up on whatever creature awaited behind the brush.
  8. (I always OOC in a small font. c: ) Tia gestured to the small door behind the counter, which led into her home. She smiled and walked into the kitchen, Moonlite by her side. "What would you like? I have pretty much everything, I think." she said, tilting her head. As she waited for a response, she gazed at Moonlite, glancing at her cutie mark and wondering what on earth it stood for.
  9. (Yeah that's fine.) Tip Toes' smile faltered a little at the comment, but she regained it quickly. "Well, thank you!" she said, slowly, turning back to pause the music. "You're quite the unique mare yourself. Would you like to take a small break?" she asked, trying to quell the nerves that were beginning to bubble up inside her. "We can get a drink in my living quarters, if you will," she said, winking playfully.
  10. "I hear ya on that one," chirped Dinky, skipping forward lazily. "The map? Oh, yeah of course!" she said, whipped out the map and made some stuff up. Twilight would probably remember how to get out anyway! They didn't need a dumb map! She flashed the map at Twilight and grinned, then jumped up again and continued on her way, indicating that Twilight should follow.
  11. Tia tried to grab the mare as she fell, but missed, and squeaked as Moonlite fell to the ground. She rushed forward and bent down to look at her. "Hey, are you okay? You were doing so well!" she said, making sure that Moonlite was okay, before she giggled a little. "What a spectacular fall, if I must say," she laughed, nudging her partner.
  12. Tip Toes grinned and shook her head. "I'm sorry, I'm just out of practice. I didn't mean to snap at you, my apologies," she said, carefully nudging the mare into action, as they sashayed across the floor. "Well, at least you seem to be getting the hang of it now," she said brightly, trying her hardest not to stare at the eyes of the mare in front of her, which were sparkling enchantingly.
  13. "Well we have only been in here for a few minutes," Dinky said, skipping off further into the woods. She had forgotten about drawing the map, but continued to look around. "These trees don't even look climbable!" she whined, wanting to find some way in which to find her cutie mark. "You got anything?"
  14. Tia winced as one of her hooves was stepped on, but tried not to say anything just yet. However, after another few trods, she exclaimed in pain. "Try to keep your eyes on my hooves!" she sighed, exasperated. She tried slowing down her pace a little; it seemed rather clear that this mare was either a terrible dancer, or had her mind on something else. "Is there something bothering you?" Tia asked, tilting her head.
  15. Dinky looked around, in hopes of finding something interesting to investigate, or something that might help them get their cutie marks, but jumped when a nearby bush rustled. "Woah!" she was shocked at first, until she saw what was doing the rustling. "Awww, Twilight, look, a bunny!"
  16. Tia smiled to herself, completely misunderstanding and tilted her head as tinkling ballroom music began to fill the room. "Ah, more into studying or something else, are you? No time for pesky stallions, hm?" She winked a little, letting release of a small girlish giggle. She then made her way over to Moonlite and stood on her hind legs, indicating that the other mare should follow suit. When she had, she took hold of her forehooves and balanced her. "Okay now for the first few minutes, try to follow my hooves, and then we'll see what you can do by yourself."
  17. "Well it's good that you're open to any kind of dancing!" Tia grinned and went over to close the studio door, and turning the sign to "in session." She turned back to Moonlite and smiled warmly. "Was there a particular event you needed to learn to dance for?" she asked, noting the mare's appealing figure and taking a wild guess. "You're not getting married are you?" she inquired, more for her own curiosity, as she began to make her way to put some music on.
  18. Tia grinned at the mare in a warm and friendly, yet refined way. She waved an airy hoof around the studio, and tilted her head to the side, so that her lilac mane fell over her shoulder. "Does it really look like I'm busy?" she asked gently, and moved around the counter to inspect the mare's physique. "I'd be happy to help you! Now, what kind of dancing did you have in mind? Something for a ball? Or something more modern? I specialize in slow dancing, but I am proud to say I'm learning in the ways of modern dancing too." she said, her eyes roving over the mare, in order to get a better insight as to how she would preform on the dancefloor. "As a policy, I don't expect my customers to pay until afterwards, so I know that they were entirely happy with the lesson!" she said, and smiled kindly at the mare.
  19. Dinky thought this was a rather strange thing to bring in her bag, and so tilted her head. "Why do you always carry a flashlight? Do you go exploring a lot? That must be it!" She grinned and continued on their way, as Dinky bravely continued to ignore what she thought was the snapping of twigs and the crunching of leaves from all around them. Come on Dinky, there can't be anything bad in here! she thought to herself. I mean, we wouldn't be here if there was anything bad! "So, how do we get our cutie marks," Dinky pondered out loud, looking around for something to explore further.
  20. Dinky followed Twilight, glad to see that she at least wasn't nervous. She shook her head at herself and giggled quietly. Nervous! Pfah! She grinned and took out some paper. "Okay so the entrance is here." she said, marking it on the paper with a crayon. She then rolled up the paper and walked further in, while glancing around. "Woah, it's like the Everfree Forest back home!" she exclaimed, and then realised she had never actually been in the Everfree, except on Nightmare Night, when they deposit their candy in front of Nightmare Moon's statue. "I mean, what I think it would be like!"
  21. "And 30 to the left again!" Dinky squealed and trotted off, counting her hoofsteps as she went along. She saw that they had reached the forest, with just one step to go. "Er, 31!" she said, hopping the last step. She took a breath and looked at Twilight excitedly. "We're here," she stated, and waited for her friend to take the first step into the forest, not wanting to admit that she was a little nervous.
  22. Tip Toes started when she heard the bell, and got up slowly, telling herself this was probably just another pony playing some sort of joke on her. She saw a mare at the counter and smiled to herself a little. She didn't look like the type to play pranks. She looked more like the type to be sitting in a fancy restaurant with a fancy stallion all dressed up in fancy clothes. She took a small breath and smiled. "Hello, I am Tip Toes, but most just call me Tia. Don't ask me why, because I don't know, but I like it a lot more than my given name," she said, rolling her eyes playfully. "What can I help you with today, miss..?"
  23. Dinky followed her friend out the door, and nearly tripped up in her haste and excitement. She giggled and yelled back. "Yeaaaah!" She tried to look at the map her friend had. "So, 40 steps to the left!" she said, and went cantering off in that direction, trying to count her hoofsteps along the way. She stopped when she reached 40 and grinned at Twilight. "We're halfway there, explorer!" she yelled, and punched the air.
  24. "Okay, we'll take some more paper with us, so we can make a map of the forest when we actually get there too!" she said, picking up some spare paper and crayons and putting them into her saddlebag. She then looked around. "Is there anything else we should bring with us?" she asked, thinking hard. "Maybe we should bring some food, in case we meet a giant hungry bear!" she paused, and added. "Or we get hungry, I guess." She smiled crookedly at her new friend and giggled, her excitement bubbling over as she continued to show her inability to sit still.
  25. Dinky resumed her hopping around excitedly. If she were older, she would have worried that her over-exuberance would have annoyed or intimidated Twilight, but being young and mostly carefree, she didn't worry about such things. "That sounds awesome! Do you have a map? Maybe we could draw one while we're out there, that'd be cool!" she squeaked, ideas popping into her head all of a sudden. "And maybe we'll come across a tribe of native ponies, and they'll teach us all sort of cool stuff like healing and cool types of magic! Can you do magic yet? I can't. Well, I kinda can lift some things up, but I always end up dropping them." she took in a huge breath after all this, and grinned, not a bit ashamed at her sped up speech.
