From what some users on Ponibooru said, this is a copy pasta of a different "supposedly made-up" story (except the subject matter is the parent finding out their child is gay). That being said, I don't know if this story is actually true or not.

This project started during Season 1, so Season 2 characters like Discord or Pipsqueak are absolutely out of the question. They said themselves that the planned characters are all from Season 1. It's looking very good so far, but with 17 characters planned and only 3 revealed after 4+ months, it's depressing to know that we might not see a release until next summer.

It's not mine. It's official. It was going to be what Rarity would dress Luna like.It also proves that Luna's updated mane was done later than sooner. We can still see traces of her old mane during the episode, actually.

Updated with new Twilight video. Includes Pinkie. Although it's been a while, there's only been 3 characters revealed so far (AJ, Twilight and as of today, Pinkie). There's some leaked animations of Rainbow and Rarity, though.

If I wasn't so busy with my own fanimation (among other things), I could do animating and maybe a bit of writing as well.

Strictly speaking from an objective point of view, Celestia has proven to be capable of ruling on her own for 1000 years, while Luna almost caused the end of Equestria by blotting out the sunlight needed for crops. The choice is obvious.

Someone apparently decided that Rarity's absence was unjust and drew a comic based on Lauren's plan for her scene. Spoilered because it's long.

Not sure what to expect, although there will be much shipping if this new* character is anything like Trixie (It's a mysterious "mare" after all). Airs the 26th of November. No skip week yet. *

Holy horsecrud, I decided to try to this to see if it would change anything, and for the first 5 minutes I felt the effect wasn't that great. Then I started reading comments on a non-pony youtube video, and I was wondering why everybody <--(Which reads as "everypony" on my browser now) kept talking about ponies! MY HEADBROWSER IS NOW FULL OF PONIES.

Following up on my previous post of why Rarity got cut, here's how Faust apparently intended the scene with Rarity to happen.

I'm glad to see they are addressing this, although I fear status quo may be in full effect once the episode is over. Come to think of it, we haven't seen Winona, Philomena and Owlowiscious since their episodes, so this wouldn't be anything new. Hopefully we can get BARON AWESOME (Oh god why did it stop updating...) Happens on November 19, so no skip week here.

Well, episode over. Thoughts so far: -Rarity got screwed this episode. She got replaced by Carrot Top for the Derpy scene. -Liked the Zecora cameo, it wasn't too overused nor too underused. Also liked the Nightmare Moon cameo. -Luna getting mixed reactions from the ponies is probably gonna be somewhere around the same for the fandom. At least parts of it. I think the weird thing I personally think about Luna right now is her constant use of plural nouns for herself. Is she multiple entities? Or was it just the old-fashioned tongue speaking? About that, I liked that she was socially awkward on that level. Finally, I'm glad she's adorable when meek, though still has some spine. -Fluttershy got lucky. She didn't dress up for the event yet got a scene anyway. -Episode 3 slightly spoiled this for me: I was expecting, subconsciously, that this episode would have near non-stop humor/awesome, but it was paced like a previous season episode. That's a good thing, not every episode can/should be like Lesson Zero. -Luna is still cool. (Mostly because I can still use her in my fanimation in good conscience) -The fact that nearly everypony had their own costumes was a great visual effect. Also, the CMC made appearances, yet had no dialogue. Pipsqueak probably needed the airtime for this episode though: he's not gonna get a lot more in the future, I think. -Rainbow Dash was practically the antagonist this episode. The prank at the scene with Pinkie, Twi and Luna was uncalled for. Even if it did help resolve the situation. I'll need more viewings to properly digest this episode, but overall good stuff. 2 more weeks and it's time for Rarity. And Sweetie Belle. EDIT: Oh, one more thing! I'm kinda sad we didn't see Celestia with Luna. I wanted to see how they act around each other. Hopefully this won't be Luna's only appearance in the season, hope she makes at least some cameos every once in a while.
