Yay! Great!

Hi guys! I work at Shapeways, and wanted to post an update. Hashbro, who makes the pony model in question, has updated his model so it no longer breaks. Maybe with some prompting, he might create more models! Also, it is our policy to issue refunds if a model did arrive broken after shipping, so Halide, if you want to contact customer service they would gladly do that for you!

I noticed that Hashbro has been making models of ponies over at Shapeways.com and offering them for sale in glorious full-color sandstone. Tacobob posted asking if anyone ordered from us before and there were a few comments that they had arrived broken. I just wanted to let you all know that Hashbro has updated his model and it is no longer fragile, so it won't break.
