That's why I thought it was OK. Feel free to check out his App anyways, I think one of the RP Helpstaff or w.e. mentioned who declared it as not Mane-RP-Able. Oh well~

Hippocamps are not considered a canon species, and aren't Roleplayable in the Mane RP. I found this out after completing my (personally) most detailed App for a RP character yet. It took me ages to come up with a name and cutie mark, etc., etc.. It's okay though, I can use him for the Free-For-All or Crossovers sections.
