Okay, I'm not sure if anyone has seen this movie, so for those of you who haven't seen Courageous, it is about a group of police officers, who are also fathers, and how they decide that they would be better and more honorable Fathers, while fighting gangs at the same time. They form a Resolution to guide their families, which reads like this:

Appearance: Tipper has a dark purple coat, with a brown afro mane, and the tail is the same colour as the mane. He usually wears a white vest which sparkles in the light, along with a pair of shades and a peace necklace.

Likes: To boogie! Tipper also LOVES to sing and play his bass.Tipper also likes to be the oddball.

Dislikes: Tipper absolutely HATES being part of the common rabble. He also hates grouchiness of any type.

Tipper snapped out of his dancing and looked around. He started moving for the door of the library very slowly.

Tipper happened to dance into the room at that very moment. I say "Dance" because Tipper was doing a dance-walk.

"I'm feeling the funk, what else would I be doing?" Tipper says innocently as he dances, now humming "We want the Funk!" to himself

Tipper stopped at a construction site nearby, and watched. He listened to the tools rattling and beating, which triggered Tipper to randomly start to dance again.

"Ah, sir Calypso! Just the one I was hoping to meet! See, I have been in search of a proper way to get my tail done, and I was hoping you would know what to do? Oh, before I forget , I"m Tipper, musical extraordinaire."

Bio: Tipper is well-known dancer, mostly his disco dancing. His life is constantly on the groove (not the move), be it singing, dancing ( A common occurrence), or just playing an instrument. He has a tendency to be considered the oddball, however. This is usually because of his afro mane, and his ability to see rhythm in any sound, no matter how horrendous it may be.

Talents: Dancing, singing, playing the guitar (sometimes bass), and outright boogieing.
