1. Talonwing's voice echoed again: "Of course, master. I can be there tonight." Flashfire smiled, something he rarely did. "Good, Talonwing.Talonwing. I'm staying in the tavern. Meet me in the corner table. And don't mind it if there are others by me. Also, refer to me as Joe in public." Flashfire blinked, and his eyes returned to normal. He stood up off the floor. He pulled his hood back over his face, and headed downstairs to the bar area. He took a corner table, and tried to stay out pf sight.
2. Flashfire pulled out the wanted poster of himself, and stared at it for a few moments. In a rage, he crumpled the paper and threw it in the corner. "I can't do this alone." He told himself. Flashfire pulled his hood off and sat on the ground, eyes closed. Seconds later, he opened his eyes, which were glowing a soft orange colour. "Talonwing? Can you hear me?" Flashfire spoke to seemingly nothing. "Yes, master. What is it you need?" A deep voice echoed in his mind. "I need you. Here. In Ponyville. I found an artifact. I want it, but I cannot take it alone."
3. Flashfire finally had some peace and quiet in his room, which he had magically locked, as well as locked with four physical locks. There was only one window, and Flashfire had blocked it. He could finally be himself.
4. Flashfire walked up to the bar, making sure to hide his face. "I need a room. With a key lock. Now."
5. Flashfire moved ahead of the others to a tavern. (Is there one?) Once inside, he began to move to a table, but stopped at a paper nailed to the wall. He leaned in, horrified. It was HIM, wanted for 10,000 bits. Flashfire quickly ripped the poster off of the wall, glad he still hid his identity under his hood. He stuffed it into his picket just as the others entered the tavern.
6. Flashfire loved taking in all of this information, but his impatience was kicking in again. "Hey, fellas?" He said as Joe. "About that drink?"
7. Flashfire listened intently. Even though he had been turned into a mare, worse had happened to him in the past. This was insane. Now there were two amulets? Flashfire needed an ally, and quick
8. Ignoring the sarcasm, Flashfire pressed on with his questions. "Why are you visiting Ponyville?" Flashfire didn't know why, but he respected this pony already. He didn't like him, but he respected him.
9. Flashfire couldn't resist. He had to be himself and ask questions. He had to know now, especiallysince this pony obviously knew about the amulet. He could be useful. "What are you doing all the way down from Canterlot?" He felt like telling Dawn to put the new guy down, but enjoyed it too much
10. Flashfire raised his eyebrow, surprised by Dawn's paranoia. This new pony was obviously not part of Ponyville, or else Dawn would have known him. Flashfire decided to stay quiet for now, until he knew why this new pony was here. Flashfire kept his hood drawn, concealing his identity from the others still
11. Flashfire stumbled, surprised by the sudden flight. He forced a smile, and looked up at Dawn. "Wow! That was so cool!" Flashfire stumbled on what to say next. He felt like he should suck up more, but just didn't care. Before he could do anything, ANOTHER unicorn stepped near them. Flashfire sighed. This must be the Ponyville welcoming committee. He braced for the interaction
12. Flashfire stumbled, surprised by the sudden flight. He forced a smile, and looked up at Dawn. "Wow! That was so cool!" Flashfire stumbled on what to say next. He felt like he should suck up more, but just didn't care. Before he could
13. (Guess I missed that part. I'll have to get Flashfire to figure it out somehow...) This walk to Ponyville was taking too long. They were all watching him. So, Flashfire did something regrettable: "Are we there yet?" Flashfire moaned in his Joe voice. Then, Flashfire ran as fast as he could up the road. "I gotta pee!!!" Flashfire knew he would have to kick himself for that one later, but it was worth saving himself from the awkward walk.
14. (Don't worry about the phone thing. We've all been there) Flashfire walked awkwardly close to Dawn, eyeing the amulet. His mind raced. he needed a plan, and if they reached Ponyville, or, Celestia forbid, Canterlot, he definitely did not want to launch a one pony war against everyone. I need that amulet! But how can I-- Flashfire hated himself for the obvious plan he missed. He could do it right now, with only the two unicorns as witnesses, and he could bet his horn that he could take them both on his own. Flashfire was about to attack when he stopped himself. Idiot! That's basically Nightmare Moon walking beside you! you attack her, you die! Flashfire hated himself for it, but he had to admit that this was a fight he couldn't win. Not on his own, anyway.
15. ****. Flashfire hid his anger from the others. Not only is this amulet useless to me, but it's creator is dead! Flashfire didn't actually care about Dusks' death, but he forced himself to act his part as Joe. "You... killed your own brother? That's... Horrible!" Flashfire wanted to say it was hilarious, but stopped himself. "I hate to bring the mood down... are you fellas up for a drink? Is there a town around here?" Flashfire hated the interaction, but he needed to get his hands on that amulet. Even if he couldn't use this one, It didn't mean that he couldn't fabricate one for himself if he learned how.
16. From behind the other two ponies, Flashfire stood very still. The alicorn was now so deep in conversation with this unicorn that she had seemed to forget he was there at all. Flashfire backed away slowly. After a few moments, the alicorn pulled off her amulet, and turned into a unicorn! Flashfire stopped, almost amused by this amulet. Flashfire studied the others conversation carefully. It was obvious that the one called Dawn had a dislike for the actual alicorns, but the other one... Time Spinner. He was hiding something. Flashfire knew he had to find out about all of his secrets, but that was hardly important to him. All that mattered at the moment was the amulet, and it's creator. The one called Dusk. Flashfire needed that amulet, or at least one just like it. For now, he decided to play dumb. He moved closer to the other two, still concealing his face. "Uh, excuse me? But that was amazing. I've never seen anything like that before. Are you... a magician? I love magicians!" Flashfire grabbed Dawn's hoof and kissed it, trying to get a closer look at the amulet. "You're SO my favorite magician ever!! My name is... Uh... Joe!" Flashfire felt it coming. something sick and twisted emerging from the others. It was rising up from their insides, and Flashfire could do nothing to stop it.... the other two SMILED. Flashfire wanted to hurl. Here come the pleasantries. (also, I completely forget. The alicorn amulet is the thing Trixie had?)
17. Arton the zebra stood on the balcony of the Ponyville library. Clouds covered the skies, drizzling the ground with a light rain. It left small puddles on the muddy ground. From atop the library, the town looked almost peaceful. If it wasn't full of zombies. Arton thought. Arton turned his gaze north, searching the skies for the flare. He had sent the scout hours ago, and he hadn't seen anything from the scout since. He should have known the scout wouldn't make it far. Angered, Arton grabbed his sword and turned back to go inside the library, when he heard a flashing noise. He turned again to see a red flare rising into the sky. Excited, Arton went inside the library, a large smile on his face. He stood atop the staircase, looking down on the small group of Ponyville survivors he had gathered. "Alright, boys and girls. The flare's been shot, Let's go. I don't want to waste any time. You all remember where we're going?" Arton pulled out an old notice poster from his pocket. "Canterlot. They say that the princesses have found a cure for all the zombies. Granted, it's an old poster, but it's not like anyone else could come to post a new one." All of the ponies in the library grabbed their weapons, while Arton moved to the front door. "This is it, friends. This is how we survive. I sent that scout to see if there was a safe way out of this town, and there is! Now stay close to me. Let's go!" Arton opened the door to the Ponyville streets, where only one zombie stood. Checking around for any others, he ran up to the zombie and slashed it's head. Once it hit the ground, he signaled for the others to follow. "We need to move quickly, and quietly. Now let's move" (This is my first host RP, but I hope it'll turn out well. Someone can be the scout if they want, but I kinda need to fill in the ponies in Arton's group.)
18. Arton the zebra stared out of his window toward the planet. This must have been the worst idea he ever had. He needed the money, but how badly? He could sense the danger on the planet. "No, I won't run. Not now, not ever." He paused, and laughed at himself. Even if he wanted to, he couldn't run. Holding his fear back, he bore his telltale smile, activated his power armor, and strapped his sword to his side. Checking his green mohawk. In the mirror one last time, he set ou.t to the loading dock
19. Flashfire stared up into the sky, determined he saw something flash by. On the trail through the everfree forest, the unicorn hadn't expected anyone to be around. Flashfire calmly pulled his hood off of his face, and patiently watched the skies for movement. Minutes later, the figure flew by again, this time slow enough for him to make out what it was. "An alicorn!" Flashfire said in surprise. Flashfire searched his memory, but couldn't remember any alicorns that matched the description of the one he had just seen. Again, the alicorn flew high above Flashfire, but this time, he saw it. An awmulet on the alicorn. Flashfire ondered if this was of any significance. Either way, Flashfire was going to find out. He pulled his hood back over his face and ran for the nearest town: Ponyville.
20. Flashfire stopped, staring at the sky. Something extremely rare was happening. Watching the phenomenon intently, he subconsciously noted everything he saw. Debris rained down around him, but he ignored it. Moments later, a flash of blue shot out of the hole, and sped in the direction of... "Ponyville!" Up ahead of him, the Griffin known as Talonwing turned to face him. A black cloak covered him, concealing his features. Only part of his helmet was visible, protruding from his hood. "Yes, master. We are nearing ponyville." Talonwing turned his gaze to the sky. "I guess you were right. What now?" Talonwing looked at Flashfire, waiting for a response. Flashfire grinned at the griffin. "Talonwing, do you realize what we have stumbled apon? This is an amazing sight." Flashfire stared at Talonwing. "What do YOU think we should do?" Flashfire said, almost quizzing him. Talonwing awkwardly glanced back upwards. "So, should I go up there and check it out?" Flashfire scowled. "No, you fool! There was something falling towards ponyville just now, something living." Talonwing nodded, already assuming what his master wanted of him. Flashfire continued. "I want it. Go to ponyville, and take it." Talonwing nodded again, and tightened the leather straps carrying his Claymore, Skyscarrer. "What about you, master?" Flashfire turned back to the griffin. "I will examine under the portal, for anything of use. Now, go to ponyville, find the creature, and bring it to me, dead or alive. And Talonwing?" Flashfire flashed an evil grin. "If any get in your way, you know what to do."
21. Arton the zebra marched triumphantly through the front gates of Canterlot. "Ah, finally! Canterlot! It has been a long day!" He had exclaimed this so loudly that the two guards who had just let him in gave him a concerned glance. Arton ignored the stares and trotted down the road. He kept his eyes on the signs of the buildings as he passed, keeping an eye out for a suitable inn. After what seemed like an eternity, he finally found one. "Perfect." He grinned, reading the title. "The Soggy Apple" Arton cracked his neck, checked his jet black Mohawk, tightened the sheathe on his waist, and entered the inn.
22. There, I've fixed the mess of stuff :fish:
23. (is it too late to join in on this? I read all of it)
