    Velocity had been on his way back to the bed he'd previously occupied when he heard a voice he recognized. He glanced around until he pinpointed Gadget's location. He trotted over, favoring his injured side, "Hey, you're the one that fought me," he said with a small grin, "Commendable, very commendable. I don't have a grudge against your or anything, so no worries about that, if there were any."

    "Having a wing dislocated and breaking several of the small bones hurts as well. Though I can't be sure just how bad teleportation is." He landed, "I'll have to take your word for it though."

    After Velocity's wing had been tended to, he sat himself up, and with the help of his sister, got onto his hooves. He stretched, then looked at his mangled armor, taking his horned helmet from his head, "I'll need your help to get this unhooked." He said, glancing to Shimmer. She nodded, leading him to a less occupied corner, undoing the clasps on his injured side for him, "Well Senior Airman Velocity, what're you gonna do? There's no way you'll be flying on that wing for some time." Shimmer said, tilting her head. Velocity shrugged, "Probably hang around here, if the the Captain approves it that is." "You're leaving it up to me to report to him this time, aren't you?" Shimmer said in a sarcastic whining tone. Her brother simply nodded, a smug grin on his face, "Ugh, fine." She said. Turning away from him she walked towards the rest of the Academy denizens, "You should get some rest then, I'll check on ponies here until Twilight's ready to leave, at which time I'll accompany her back to Canterlot and input your request for some time off to rest here." ((a Senior Airman is the Air Force equivalent of a Marine Corporal. Personally, I list the Pegasus Guard ranks through the USAF ones, Earth Guard ranks through USMC and Unicorn Guard through US Army. Despite Captain not being the highest rank in any of those, I count Shining Armor's rank as the highest in the personal guard of the Princesses. Both siblings are SrA (Senior Airman) at the moment.))

    Velocity thanked Twilight and Shimmer, then lay on his uninjured side until the medics came. Shimmer glanced around the room, her mane catching the light and playing with it oddly over its surface. She sighed, "I'm glad it's all over." Velocity began to chuckle, but stopped with a grunt. He was in more pain than he initially realized, "Yeah... Something tells me that we might get to hang around here."

    Rune trotted after them, then turned to look at Scootaloo, "You coming?"

    "Not to mention levitating things."

    "Oh splendid! I'll have to visit the library once I get the chance." Denim said, smiling broadly.

    Rune waved at Cheerilee, then smiled to the CMC, "Sounds awesome!"

    "So what entirely is there here? First time here and all." Denim said, one eyebrow raised.

    "That must have made the client very happy." Saronyx says, turning his gaze back to Regal.

    "I'm intrigued by it, personally." Saronyx says, staring at where the Unicorn had once been standing

    "Hm? Me in music? You may have misunderstood, I'm a student of Magic. But I can understand if you got confused, I can speak rather swiftly at times. But to answer the question. Reading is a good pastime, as well as listening to music, and I enjoy the outdoors. Despite living in a city, I prefer small towns like this." Denim said, gesturing around her.

    "That sounds fun!" She says, smiling.

    She shrugged, completely oblivious that she nearly left him in the dust previously, "Technically yes, I do attend the school. I'm more of a working student however. I work as a teacher's aide in the Magic Program, which is the one I had been taking. I decided to stick around after graduation to learn more. I do a bit of this and that there. What about you? What do you do?"

    The reason for the girl's giggling was lost on Rune, but he smiled nonetheless, bumping his hoof against Scootaloo's.

    ((Pffhaha, I was confused myself for a second there )) Denim conjures little numbers in the air as she speaks at 90 miles per hour, ticking them off as she goes, "Well, I attempted to teleport myself, and succeeded in the general teleportation, but not exactly where I originally meant to end up. Then I spoke with Finny about Manehatten, and nearly made a fool of myself, then Lief and I began discussing Manehatten University's music program, and now I'm speaking with you."

    Saronyx tilted his head at her mumbling, but didn't pry. Instead he glanced out the nearest window, "My sister is a musician as well, though she just sings and plays, doesn't write anything original."

    "I'd like to hear your work sometime!" Denim said before turning to Shadow. Having finally gotten her blushing under control she holds out a hoof to him, "I'm Denim. Nice to meet you Shadow."

    Despite Finny dispelling her fear, she still blushed slightly in embarrassment, keeping a forelegs over her cheeks to hide it. She turned to Lief, nodding, "Oh yes! The music program is lovely! I haven't taken part in it myself, but I've heard the work of those who have. So you're a musician then?"

    Saronyx chuckled, "it seems some ponies just can't take a hint." (("I'm not gonna write you a love song, 'cause you asked for it, 'cause you need one."))

    (("But you see, we're all mad here." Sorry, that's what popped into my head when I read that "We're all nice ponies here." )) "The Cutie Mark Crusaders?" He said, tilting his head to the side curiously, "Sounds like fun, sure!" He said, grinning.

    Denim was wrapped in her own little world, speaking out loud to herself, "I actually just teleported from there. I was practicing for a demonstration I would be giving in a few weeks. My professor will be livid if I don't get back to him soon. Maybe I should use this as an excuse for a vacation? She finally heard what Finny had said and nodded in agreement, "Oh it is! What would you say your fav-... Wait, you think?" She tilted her head and narrowed her forest green eyes, "What do you...?" Then it struck her. She cover her mouth with one hoof, "Oh! Forgive me! I hadn't realized you were blind... Apologies...!"
