So far as I see, Celestia has been ruling Equestria for a long time. What happened before that is anyone's guess. Since we don't have any lore dating back more than a thousand years, anything (reasonable) is feasibly possible. If you want to make up some lore that comes before the thousand years, that would probably be fine, just clear it with the Admins before it becomes part of the RP story. Beyond that, Celestia, and now Luna, are the divine rulers of all of Equestria. They are Goddesses living on the Earth (or whatever planet the ponies live on).

Now, Zecora comes from Africa, so her religious views could be more tribal. As for the other ponies in the rest of the land, they worship the Goddesses of the sun and moon. That may also be why Zecora lives in a forest rather than a town. She may not have the same beliefs as the other ponies do. Being alone let's her practice her magical (Wiccan?) arts, without interference or skepticism.

We were chatting just now, and someone said something about Canterville. I assume they meant Canterlot. Anyway, I wrote this in the chat, while others threw out a few other ideas. (PS: It was Derpy.)

Long ago, the city of Canterlot was secured to a mountain stronghold.

But it was not to last.

The shining city overlooked the peaceful village of Ponyville.

And even with all her power, Celestia could not prevent the tragedy.

Several years after the accident, ponies are looking for the true cause of the monstrous avalance that covered their city and brought it to ruin.

Conspiracy? Sabotage?

Perhaps this was Luna's true revenge...

Forced to live their life in the ruins of Canterlot, and what is left of Ponyville, they have combined forces to create: Canterville!

Still suffering from the events all those years ago, the fillies and colts of that time must now pick up where their parents left off.

The brave and few, they must do all they can to unravel the secret of Ponyville's demise...and Centerville's creation.

The young ponies must discover who their true friends are....and who is planning to betray them to Princess Celestia.

Amidst all their trials, they must uncover the secrets of friendship...and what lies under the ruins of Ponyville.

Until then, their ancestors cannot be put to rest.

If you read the thing on the side, Faust can't use her original pony sketches, with the exception of Applejack. Hasbro no longer owns the rights to the characters, since they are from G1. So sorry, but there won't be a Firefly showing up. Rainbow Dash is the closest we get. However, as Faust said, "I just put Firefly's brain in Rainbow Dash." So, in a way, I suppose, we actually DO get see Faust's original characters, but their personalities, not their designs.

Well, Dash's Cutie Mark looks like a combo of G1 Firefly and G3 Rainbow Dash.

Hello fellow pony! I've never been to an anime convention, do you get dressed up for it?

I've only been to two conventions, I dressed up for the second one I went o as Raven from Teen Titans. At the end of this month I will be attending Con-Nichiwa in Arizona, at be Yuki Nagato from the Anime The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Generally I'm shy in person, but I can fake not being shy...so does that in reality make me not shy? I seem much more outgoing on the internet and can make it seem like I actually have a life.

So...

I like to hang out with my one friend and go to Anime conventions and dress up in cosplay. I like to read and write, and I am currently in college. I run a My Little Pony Tumblr: http://mylittleponytales.tumblr.com. I like to read comic books and play video games. My favorite musical is Wicked. I like Wicked more than I like MLP. I'm a Nerdfighter. I delight in making music videos (using cartoons set to music, not real people). I own at least forty puzzles. I love theater and acting, and have been in several plays and helped out with a few others.

Anything else you want to know about me, feel free to ask, since this is a PG-13 forum, I'll probably be able to answer anything no matter how personal (unless you ask something which is not allowed on the forum), with obvious exceptions such as my phone number and address.

I think it's neat that we get to see what their actual talents are in this episode, even if they don't realize that the stuff they're good at is the stuff they already like to do.

But it's interesting that in Stare Master, the three CMC couldn't fix the table(?), but in The Show Stoppers, we see that Apple Bloom is good at fixing things (and decorative taste?), when she fixes up the clubhouse. I guess because Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle were helping her she didn't use her talent to its full potential.

Hey, I thought this would be a good place for the pony fanfic writers out there to gather. Maybe get some feedback on something before it goes out into the world, help with grammar, etc.
