"Thanks a ton! Hopefully I'll see you around. Good luck with your sales.....Ember, was it?" he said, turning to leave. "Oh, by the way, my name is Rise. It was good to meet you!" It had seemed Rise had made his first friend in Ponyville. He was happy, for Ember seemed like a good pony. They definitley had a similar interest in fireworks. He realized that this was also his first non pegasus friend. Cloudsdale couldn't harbor any other races, so all he ever interacted with were pegasus ponies. Rise grabbed his saddlebag and began to head towards town hall.

"Perhaps another time, I literally just got here and I'm trying to find my way around." Rise said, picking up his saddlebags. "Say, you wouldn't happen to know where Town Hall is, would you? I need to finalize everything with my new house and, like I said, I'm kinda new here so I don't really know where things are." He began to notice the crowd dying down, leaving the two ponies on their own.

(Sorry I was MIA for a while. Real life situations and whatnot) "I watched firewords in Cloudsdale since I was just a colt. It was always one of my favorite things to do when I was young." Rise said. He was glad that we was getting a chance to connect with some of the residents of Ponyville. He needed to get in good with everypony if he was going to live an easy life. "You have an impressive setup here, and it looks like you've been having some successful business."

"Oh, I was just passing through and noticed your stand. I'm kind of new here and was looking for town hall. Anyways, I didn't know the ponies here we so into fireworks! I always thought that was kind of a Cloudsdale thing." he said to the unicorn. "Wow, you make these with ingredients from Fillydelphia? How did you get a hold of these? Fillydelphia is a long ways from here?"

(Welcome!) The sudden explosion startled Rise. Normally something as simple as fireworks wouldn't really scare him, but he was weary and wasn't really paying attention to his surroundings. He looked over to the source of the explosion and noticed a unicorn in the market who was selling fireworks. A small crowd had gathered around him to observe his products. "Wow, I didn't think ponies from Ponyville were that big into fireworks." he said to himself. Deciding to see more of what this unicorn was selling, he approached the stand.

(Hello, friends! I'm new to this site and I wanted to try and do some RPing. I wanted to start my own RP so I can get used to posting and interactions with others. Hopefully this will be fun!) The small town of Ponyville came into view as Rise fluttered along the path. His saddlebags were heavy, but they contained enough to get him by. It was a long journey from Cloudsdale, and he was getting tired. The white pegasus proceeded towards his new home, his messy black and crimson mane occasionally getting in his crimson eyes. His cutie mark was a black falcon, and was his daily reminder of one of the best days of his life. His wings guided him down the road until he found himself in the town square of Ponyville. This journey had taken a lot out of him, and the arrangements he had to make were very tedious and stressful, but it was worth it. He knew that he'd be happy here in a new home. It was around mid afternoon and many of the town's residents were out and about. He got a few stares, as he was new in town and most ponies weren't familiar with him. He stopped for a minute to rest.

Rise continued to explore the school. He took a moment to pull a map of the school out of his black backpack and take a look at it. He was hoping to run into another student to help point him in the right direction. After observing his map, he looked at his schedule and noticed that class was currently in session. Deciding to wait until class ended to go on to the next one, Rise sat down and put his earphones in and proceeded to listen to his iPod.

(If this RP is still going, I would like to join if that's alright! I just joined this site recently and I wanted to get some RP in.) Rise walked through the double doors at the front of the school. It was his first day at Canterlot High. It didn't seem like the ideal time of day to make a first appearance, but that couldn't really be helped. He stopped by a large trophy case that sat in the lobby of the school. He was amazed by the many trophies and awards the school's various sports teams and academic clubs had gathered over the years. He saw his reflection in the glass case. He was wearing his favorite Lamb of God t-shirt and camo shorts. He wore an In Flames beanie over his black and crimson hair. He was hoping that the short goatee that he sported wouldn't be a problem, since his old school required him to shave regularly. He stopped gazing at his reflection and continued to walk through the halls of the school.

I was looking for some MLP Forum based RP, and it brought me here. I've noticed that RP does in fact happen here. Looks like I've come to the right place!

Hello fillies and colts! I'm MetalBronyATL, and that pretty much sums up what I love: Heavy metal music, ponies and the Atlanta Falcons (Rise Up!).
