Yea, she does sort of look young. As for her neck it's that way because she's leaning forward in a sort of crouch position if you know what I mean.

It's not bad as a picture. However, she looks really young, in my opinion. It might be a problem with the perspective for me, because the neck looks kinda short to me.

I think the biggest problem is the neck. Not even celestia's neck is that thin. I don't know what size of unicorn she is, but you might want to look up some pictures of the princesses. I'm not sure about the hair, since it might just be the hairline that makes it look weird.

The head itself looks fine, and I think you did a good job with the hair.
