    I've noticed a trend between rarity and rainbowdash both receiving their keys. They both were given them by another pony. Coco Pommel gave rarity the rainbow thread after being inspired by rarity's generous spirit and Spitfire presented rainbowdash withthe wonderbolts badge after being inspired by her loyal spirit

      I can probably fill in the rest. Each Element of Harmony is recieving something, a physical trinket after displaying their element right? Even giving the ideology to another pony (Rainbow showed the Wonderbolts how to be Loyal, and Rarity taught Coco to be generious) So going by this logic. Pinkie's going to make someone happy, Aj's will make someone become honest, Fluttershy will teach someone kindess and Twilight will do something magical.
