"What ever it is, we must not underestimate it. Take every precaution needed, and just in case, I'll head out with the Elementals myself should this new enemy be as much as Shadow claims." Oakly said wisely from his perch, Shadow nodded in agreement then raised his hoof to his mouth, "He's actually above my league so Ima let have this, I'll see you guys later, time for a nap." He mumbled to Kane before yawning and flying out. Azure walked in with Dawn at his side, he glanced at Oakly meditating then looked to Kane, "Most of the Army is ready Sire, we still have a heavy number of wounded in the infirmary, still getting the results on the quickest of who can be battle ready again." He reported in with a bow.

"We hit them where it hurt, but there was a ... Complication. Silent has another pony or demon that possesses quite the power, it knocked me pretty good. The elementals will need to be on guard as Silent is not the only threat to them anymore." Shadow reported.

Shadow landed to a halt on the Crystal tower balcony, "Get some rest, all of you, I'll report it to Kane." He told them as he pushed through the doors to the throne room. Oakly peeked out of one eye as he sensed Shadows presence, he could smell trouble had risen.

Hazel teared up as she held onto her father, she trembled in fear of the power she now suddenly possessed. "Dad? Am I monster?"

"I think Silents got a new henchman, lets retreat for now." Shadow said as he flexed his wings and flew up into the sky. The other Bat ponies vanished into the shadows leaving without a trace. Hazel started to shiver in fear of her newfound gift, or curse. "Father, I'm scared, you never trained me for this. What do I do?"

"Just the Stallion I'm looking for!" Shadows voice sounded before he crashed into Silent tackling him to the ground, he reared back his hoof, "Thought you'd try to save the day eh?" He teased coldly but before he could hit Silent, Shadow was blasted back as a purple sphere hit him in the side carrying him off crashing into the hill side. Hazel stood a few yards away with her hoof held out, she was shocked by what she had just done, "How did I do that? Father, whats wrong with me? I'm a pegasi, I shouldnt be able to use magic." As she spoke a the veins in her neck and began to light up green then spread out from where she was bit. Shadow pushed away slab of earth off of him, "What in Celestias name was that?"

"Father! Somethings happening!" Hazel said fearfully as she pointed to the back of the army where smoke began to rise.

"Shade, start the barrage." Shadow said quietly, suddenly green and purple balls of fire rained down on the horde caravans. "Give em hełł boys and girls." Shadoe grinned, Ally zoomed out from the shadows turning several horde soldiers into bloody messes. Ragnorak and Maple jumped out and began attacking the weakened horde army.

Shadow punched Kanes shoulder lightly, "Please, Your nothing but a fellow King, nothing more and nothing less. And your welcome, just being a good neighbor, though I might ask for a cup of sugar later on." He said jokingly. "To celebrate is too late, save the tipping of glasses for when the threat is gone." Oakly said outloud still sitting on the railing with his eyes closed.

"Careful Kane, the ground you walk on might turn blessed from your holiness." Shadow joked as he walked up next to him. Oakly sat on the railing deep in meditation, Ally curled up and slept underneath him on floor, but her ears flickered every now and then showing she was still awake and listening.

With a final jolt of her body she went deathly still, her eyes opened and the green coloring sank into her eyes changing back to her normal hazel color. "Father.... What's happening? ... I waited for you but .... I can't remember..."

Rose pulled back and livked her lips, she dropped Hazel down, "Next time do not refuse my help." She vanished into a cloud and whisked away. Hazel moaned in pain as her body convulsed and twisted, "Father..... Help me ...." She screamed helplessly in agony, her hazel eyes turning a venomous green.

The vine took Hazel and threw her to Rose, "Its what im doing for you, she will help you in this coming battle... You want to cover your ears." Rose said before taking Hazel and sinking her fangs in Hazels neck, the little mare let put agonizing screams of pain as Roses green venom glowed through Hazels skin and veins.

"Now dont start getting all emotional on me Silent, its not a good look for you." Rose changed back to her normal self and opened a portal, "Perhaps you need a little help from your family," a black vine came out holding a young dark haired mare, "Hazel here has been kept from you long enough." Hazels eyes opened weakly, "Father?...."

"Yes she was, you two were great together, heck I envyed such love. But it wasnt meant to last like most things." Rose said as she walked up to Silent and holding his chin up, "Do not fall short of your goal Silent, Equestria is within your grasp if you'd only use them." Her voice matched Amaranthe's to the point, "Dont make me use Her."

((No no no, Silent adopted her on his travels, she was told to stay behind when he left to attack Equestria, Rose found her and took her hostage in case she needed her for pressure on Silent.))

((Lol yeah that wouldnt work out, I guess go with the adopted idea, Silent found her 10 years ago abandoned, he left her behind but Rose took her.))

Rose started across the water, her hoofsteps making rippiles on the surface, "I always have time for you my Sweet, I'm actually sad you not happy to see me. Perhaps a different look?" She said as she sunk into the water, she emerged slowly walking towards Silent, but she now looked strikingly familiar to a beautiful mare from his past. "I did like her, sad she couldnt live longer." ((Lol i was totally gonna ask if Silent had any love interests, I was gonna ask about putting in Hazel as Silents daughter, though the time difference is way off so the mother would have to another Mare))

"And how is the Dark King now these days?" Rose asked as she stood on the opposite bank of the river from Silent. "At least you lived to fight another day."

"I'll lead the first party with my Bat ponies." Shadow volunteered.

Mapleshade came up and used her magic to yank a couple out of his side but gave him a kiss on thr cheek. Shadow chuckled, "Yeah thats normal, a few of us are different from any normal bat ponies, genetic enhancements give us a higher pain tolerance and faster healing. Just look at Ragnorak." He said pointing behind him. Ragnorak stood still as only his eyes were visble through the thick shell of arrows stuck in his body, "Any of ye make a bloody porcupine joke, and ye gettin a hoof in the face." He grumbled as he waddled away. Ally landed nearby and started walking up to them, "Hows it going there porcupine butt?" She said comically glancing at Ragnorak, "Ight but she's the only one!" He yelled back at them. "Silents army is retreating back east, we dont have the recourses to give chase, but a couple random raiding parties could definitely do them some damage." She said coming up to them. "Small teams of our heavy hitters, it would help weaken them." Azure said nodding in agreement.

"Respect the flank handsome." Rose told him before hopping over to Trax and Killjoy like a little schoolfilly and sat next to them watching the screens. Since any move they made towards Rose was stopped by her magic, they pretty much just tried to ignore her the best they could. Trax flattened his ears and threw on a look of annoyance as Rose jumped onto his back and sat on him. Steel looked at her in surprise and didnt know how to react so her put his hooves around her awkwardly. Shadow and Oakly landed near Kane with Shade behind them, Azure arrived with news that Stryker was going to be okay after straining himself on his shield magic. "Silents on the run, and with no forts or cities to hold his army, they'll be in open. The Elementals could do alot of damage on some air raids." Shadow said walking up to Kane.

"Aw, one Son rises while the other falls, you should be proud Soul. Oopsies." Rose giggled realizing he couldnt respond. Steel sat down next to her, "She's proud of you now Ash, she smiles even now from the heavens."
