An Avatar Issue

I updated mine today, and it sorta worked. Here's the issue though, the file I uploaded is a gif that's supposed to flashe negitive-positive so and and so forth.

It won't work though. How do I fix it?

If you submit an animated .gif that's out side the size constraints listed on submission, the system will not convert every frame.

Upload something different.
