The Tops Casino

The Tops Casino is a Las Pegasus staple, providing one of the greatest all around packages in the city. With a fine dining experience coupled with a highly rated hotel and gaming lounge with a massive multi-act theater! At The Tops, you are never at a loss for things to do.

Okay, so a short/not so great description, but I;m mostly brain dead. The Tops is both a location and multi-thread RP. The owner and manager of all sections would be my OC Jackpot.
