Conversion Bureau: Extraordinary Circumstances

I don't know how many ponies have read the fan fiction story "The Conversion Bureau" and the numerous spin-off fics that have been created around the same concept. The basic concept is that Equestria appears on Earth, and Celestia opens offices around the world to allow humans to become ponies to escape the polluted and war-like Earth.
