[colour=#282828]Mane/Tail colour: Ruby's mane is a light pink colour. Her mane is swept to the side on her forehead and is kept out of her face. As for length, her mane goes down to her neck and rests. She keeps a dark red bow in her mane on her head as well. She loves her bows[/colour]

[colour=#282828]Physique: Ruby is a slender mare. She isn't a string bean pony though but she isn't large at all. She is always watching what she eats. She isn't very muscular and she has no motivation to acquire any muscle anytime.[/colour]

[colour=#282828]Occupation: Fashion Designer She calls herself, "The Crystal Empire's greatest Fashionista!" [/colour]

[colour=#282828]Ruby was among one of the first of her friends to get her cutie mark. She acquired her cutie mark when one of her friends was wanting to have a party for their birthday. Ruby was among one of the first to get invited to the party and immediately the first question she asked her friend was, "What are you going to wear?" The hyperactive filly began to get spastic over the fact that she thought she had nothing to wear and how the party was ruined. But Ruby, told her friend not to worry about it. Ruby still didn't have her cutie mark but she returned home that day eager and ready. So Ruby went to work. Granted the young filly had help from her mother to design the dress for her friend but Ruby felt that if her mother wasn't there then she would have been just fine. And so, the dress was finished and Ruby was on her way to her friend's place to drop off the dress. The party was scheduled in a few hours and Ruby wanted her friends to get a full good look of the dress before the party started. Just as Ruby approached her friend's home...disaster struck. Disaster in Ruby's mind. She began to have serious second thoughts about the dress and it's current state. She thought her friend would hate it, so Ruby took off and ran home. She needed help from her mother but, upon arriving at home...she found out that her mother was shopping today. Ruby began to cry as she took the dress out of the small box it was in. She laid it out on a table and gave it a good stare. She made sure that her tears wouldn't get on the dress. As she scanned over the room she noticed something. Ribbons! Not only ribbons, but glitter! And plenty of other things for Ruby to stare at. Ruby quickly sucked in her tears and ran over and picked up a few ribbons and some other things and carefully put them on the dress. After looking it over one more time she decided that it was truly ready now. So she went back to her friends house and dropped off the present for her friend.[/colour]

[colour=#282828]Her friend loved the dress and the party went splendid. As Ruby returned home, upon entering the house she saw her mother. She embraced her in a hug and told her all about the party. Her mother then pointed out Ruby's lovely little cutie mark.[/colour]

[colour=#282828]History: Ruby was born and raised in the Crystal Empire. Life growing up for Ruby was swell! She had a mother and father that loved and respected her and she made a lot of friends. Her father, Groundskeep, was a gardener pony. So there were always plenty of trees and flowers and whatnot outside of their house. Her father would work sometimes at other pony's houses to do their gardening for them. Though it wasn't just gardening, it was also yardwork in general. While most ponies could do yardwork on their own, they always liked to have a professional do it. Ruby's mother, Page, had a great way with words. She was a very writing and speaking inclined pony and all. Her mother worked at a local Library in town. [/colour]

[colour=#282828]Interaction at school and with her friends was always good for Ruby. Ruby knew liked to follow the "Treat others the way you would want to be treated" kind of thing so she was always nice. And it always worked out for her. Same thing went for her parents. They were her parents and all, So Ruby automatically respected and loved them.[/colour]

[colour=#282828]Ruby feels as if she has succeeded in life by getting the cutie mark she has today, She feels her life would not be a good as it is now if she hadn't sat down and made her friend that dress when she was younger. She feels that she would not know the same ponies and would not have the same memories and her life would be severely different[/colour]

[colour=#282828]As for failure now, Ruby feels as if she failed when she hands over a item of clothing she had been working on to a pony and they aren't ecstatic about it. She wants everypony to be incredibly happy about the clothing she makes for them. [/colour]

[colour=#282828]Ruby's parents still live in the house she grew up in but the only difference is that Ruby moved out and lives on her own. She has her own store and all but she doesn't live in her store. She has a small house and the store is right next door. Ruby lives in her home with her little sister, Emerald Dust. But Ruby always calls her "Emmy" for short. [/colour]

[colour=#282828]Ruby, born and raised in The Crystal Empire, acquired her cutie mark in fashion. She now works at her own store and lives in her own home with her sister. Though her sister sometimes stays with her parents, she always loves when her sister stays. Ruby hopes that her fashion designs spread all across Equestria![/colour]

[colour=#282828]Character Summary: Now it is the present. Ruby is different now. She's all grown up now. Ruby runs her own shop where she has pony's come in and look at the fashion designs she has made. Or if a pony wants to come in and have their clothing fixed, say a missing button, Ruby does that as well. Ruby is a nice pony in general, She does well with others and is always nice to them, Being around Ruby is always fun for she loves to be the life of the party. Or gathering or whatever. Ruby only really jokes around with her close friends but, she sometimes might try the occasional joke out on a customer. Sometimes it doesn't seem to work though. Ruby is very bubbly as a pony, with or without her friends, She is very happy and joyful. Mainly because she gets to do the job she loves. [/colour]

[colour=#282828]One thing her friends never like to mention around Ruby is fashion. When the word Fashion is mentioned and Ruby hears it, she starts to get even more excited and can never seem to stop talking. Ruby talks very fast when excited but in general she speaks normally. [/colour]

[colour=#282828]Ruby is a very enthusiastic pony. She loves waking up everyday and seeing what kind of ponies will walk into her store. She sees it as not just a time to possibly make a new friend or two. But also a chance to try out some of her bad jokes. She doesn't think they are bad at all. She likes her jokes. [/colour]

[colour=#282828]Whenever Ruby gets to designing something, she is in the zone and doesn't like to be bothered. But as for everything else she does she likes to keep the seriousness at a minimum. She is a fun loving mare and all.[/colour]
