"Be sure to be on watch at night guys so make sure you sleep mostly though out the days," she said and straightened her crest on her armour. "You need to speed up, Sky!" Regiment Posted May 11, 2014 Author Report Share Posted May 11, 2014 Lightning turned around. She had a straight face. Her purple mark on the top of her dark blue horn shined in the daylight. She nodded and turned away. She was a lot older now. She was as tall as Cadence. She didn't have the hair like Luna or Celestia. But just long hair just like cadence. She continued walking "Sky, make sure the forces are in good shape." She started to feel annoyed. " Sky call princess Twilight to come here immediately. " she said sternly. "Lightning, she seems cold, frozen rather, I'm sure it will weear off but all of us are deeply concerned for her health, " she said as she knocked on her door. It was the first storm of the year, so all the ponies wanted to celebrate. She was given the Privilege of striking a blue lightning bolt under the Full, midnight moon. As well as the next morning being her Official Princess Coronation. She finally hoped nothing would go wrong. She sighed as she put on her armor and flew out the window. "I'll not dare miss this show, " she said and told her guards to set up the perimeter for the night as most day guards were asleep. "Ok ponies be ready," she said and flew onto the roof of the Castle with a sigh She stoof there proud as her hair blew in the wind. She had a kind expression on her face. As a loud thunder made it's sound, and clouds went over the moon, she used her magic. Thus creating a bright blue lightning bolt right under the midnight full moon. It was large, and clear to see. After that lightning bolt, many other bright lightning bolts shined through the sky like no others. After the show was over, Lightning gracefully opened her wings. She had no intention to fly, but just to open them for the first time in months. She smiled with a gentle look. She bowed as all the ponies clapped. Many photos were taken as the shine of the flash reflected upon her dark blue fur similar to her mothers. Not to mention, tomorrow was her coronation as an official Princess.
