Lunar Relic opens his artifact shop for the day hoping he can get some ponies to check the place out.

"I hope I can make some friends too..." He says to himself tapping his hoof on the counter. Lunar opens one of his favorite books and begins to read it. "Maybe today will finally be the day... I haven't made any friends since I moved here... But I guess that's what I get for being do focused on my work. " he says to himself with a heavy sigh following soon after.

"Perhaps today will be the day indeed!", A raspy, yet calm voice could be heard, as a dusty old top top slowly emerged from behind the book that Lunar Relic was reading. "I've never really been a fan of books..." The earth pony said, "I find practical application much more... rewarding" The pony stuck his head above the book and smiled. "Business slow today?".

"Yeah... Normally I have a good handful of people wanting something. But today nopony has even walked the street outside. Could there be something going on?" Lunar looks under the counter and pulls out a cloth that was covering a stone tablet. "Oh well at least it gives me more time to figure out what this Tablet I found outside the Everfree forest says..." Lunar begins trying to make out the faded words

"Now is there something you are looking for?" Lunar says looking at the pony while using his magic to dust the stone tablet with a dusting brush. "If not feel free to look around I'm sure you'll find something."

The blood orange pony gave Lunar Relic a sly, cunning grin, before taking a few steps backwards "Allow me to formally introduce myself, my name is Foxglove Foalfellow!, travelling merchant extraordinaire!" The earth pony responded, swirling his battered old cape around himself in a display of mystic. "And in my humble opinion, I believe I have wondered upon a 'somewhat' hidden treasure trove!" He exclaimed, looking around the store with his fore-hooves extended. "Truly a perfect store, ran by a perfectly capable stallion with the name of?...", Foalfellow continued, as he awaited Luna Relic to finish his sentence.

"My name is Lunar Relic antique and artifact specialist. Please call me Lunar though." Lunar says putting the dusting brush "If you have an antique or an artifact Brin it to me and I can give you a good estimate on its value"

"Pray tell, I never would have guessed this to be such a coincidence!", A warming smile appeared upon the face of Foalfellow. "I was in need of a genuine archaeologist for a good amount of time! It seems as if fate has allowed me to encounter one!". Putting a hoof into his pocket, he pulled out an old, seemingly ancient crystal tablet. "Upon my travels across Equestria, I uncovered this. It seems to be some type of ancient relic from The Crystal Empire, but I was awaiting confirmation from a reliable source! Do you mind, Lunar?". Foalfellow finished, placing the tablet on the table. It was reflecting the light in the room, creating a unique ominous shine into Lunar's face. The writing was hard to examine, due to the crystals nature of the light shining upon it. Foalfellow's tail was slowly swaying from side to side, in an almost gleeful fashion.

Lunar Relic looks at the tablet with great interest "it looks like it was part of a large stone wall. Alone it's worth about 1000 bits bit with the whole wall it should value about 100000 bits. I think based on the edges there is about 6 or 7 other pieces. Nice find"

Upon hearing 1000 bits, Foalfellow's tail swaying began to pick up. "100,000 for all of them? Well. I wont deprive you of that pleasure of searching for it yourself..." A sly, dubious smile slowly took over the warming one that he sported just seconds before. "I'd be willing just to take the 1000 off you, However! Since you seem to be quite the admirer of historical artefacts, I'd be willing to sell it to you for the bargain price of just 800". Foalfellow added, pushing the crystal tablet across the table towards Luna. Foalfellow's eyes, however, almost seemed to be piecing through Lunar Relic entirely. As he intently awaited a reply.

"It's a done deal!" Foalfellow replied with glee, as he took the bag of bits from the counter. His tail now waving from side to side like an express train. "I do honestly hope will enjoy the artefact.. It's a shame that I must leave so soon, as my wagon outside needs attending to!" Foalfellow said surprisingly quickly, as he turned to walk out of the store.

Foalfellow stopped in his tracks, his tail immediately freezing still, standing on it's end. After a brief moment, Foalfellow turned his head around "Nope! Nothing at all! Now I must really be going! My wares wont sell themselves!" He gleefully answered, as he hastily opened the door to the store and breathed a sigh of relief as he closed it shut behind him. "For a second there..." Foalfellow said to himself quietly.

Lunar pulls foalfellow back with his magic "nice try pal but weather you know it or not this is a copy the crystal is cut with magic I know because I've had the real one for a few months. I knew by the first word on the tablet" Luna grabs the tablet that foalfellow gave him then the real one. Look here even the cuts are different"
