(Soz missed so much, school sucks and do we say sky knows? i say he would as he was the one who had ran back to save him))

Sky heard gunfire and immidiatly jumped in the driver seat and hit the peddle to the metal. As sky was diving he saw what looked like a frag explosion, about four elites and a unsc marine who had a hole in his gut....suicide, take out some and kill some. As sky got closer and closer tho the gunfire, he stopped the warthog as he saw a squad of brutes running there way.

"Storm, use the gun to take them out, Ember use your clock to flank them" Sky yelled out as he jumped out of the warthog and took cover hehind it.Sky drew out his sniper and started taking pot shots, just trying to hope he hits one. He managed to hit one in the face and take him out when he heard a roar next to him. Sky dropped the sniper and engaged the brute in a 1 on 1. The brute punched sky and knocked him back a bit. Sky shock his head and went back to fighting, not bothering to pull out a knife or a gun, this one melee combat

"I got this one, you two work on the ones inbound" Sky told ember and storm as he dogged a punch and struck back. The brute was fazed but came straight back

"This is Delta 226, all UNSC alive respond" Sky said into a open channel, sure the covenet might hear it, but so would the guys in a fight. Sky ducked from another punch and stuck back

((I feel like Sky not knowing about the death feels like a better approach, and if you can, try to draw attention to the carving RISE on Dashing's right shoulder piece, it just might make your OC remember who Dashing is ))

Dashing ran into the building, only to find the bomb he was supposed to set off, to stop the covenant from destroying the Earth. "Well, at least I'm gonna go out with a BANG!" Dashing said, activating the bomb. Suddenly, the Arbiter walked, and pointed his gun at Dashing, while Dashing grinned, and said, "Tonight we RISE!" Dashing then pressed the activation button to the bomb, and soon, the whole Covenant fleet was gone, and Earth still intact.

Ember followed his leader's orders without question. He moved in behind the Brutes, took cover, and began opening fire with his saw. He would've normally used his sword, but Brutes were very strong and fast, making them more deadly than Hunters in melee combat. If the Brutes even figured out what was going on, it would be too late for them to do anything.

Sky saw from the corner of his eye that ember had gotten behind them and had started shooting his saw at them. Sky smiled in his helm as he took another punch, this one had managed to almost peirce his shields

"Wow, what do those guys do to you, turn your fists into iron?" Sky said as he dogged the next punch and punched back, this time doing exacatly what had happened to him, shield almost down. Sky had had enough of this but decided to let it drag out for a minute or two, it was fun. Sky kicked the brute in the chest and jumped over a sweep. as sky landed he took up a defensive posture, his next attack would end this little melee

Stormchaser nodded and begin to unlease round after round of bullets at them brutes my but storng and tough but they can stand agaist a turret after a while all of them was dead "we are all done here" said stormchaser

Killjoy heard Sky's transmission but it was fuzzy, just enough to get what it said. "this is Lima 419 I copy, heading your way." she replied. Killjoy stopped following as she heard gun fire. She put her helmet back on and started running towards the sound of battle. By the time she got there, the Brutes were dead."well now...I didn't get any of the fun." she said resting the chain gun over her shoulder.

Dashing kept walking down the street, until he decided to take shelter in a house. When he got inside, he locked all the doors, windows, and anywhere somepony could get in. He then shut all the places the light in the house got escape into the darkness outside. Also know as the night. Dashing then sat in a rocking chair in the living room, with his assault rifle in his hoofs.

Sky had had enough of this 1v1. He dogged another punch and hit the brute. After he did that he used one of his hooves to hit again and the other to pull a knife. He stuck the knife into the brutes chest and used it to swing behind the brute, which was when he snapped its neck, pulling his knife out in the process. Sky cleaned the knife as he saw Lima 419, the pony he had heard respond.

"Hey, you were about three minutes to late, storm and ember there got them all, i was having some fun with this idiotic guy" Sky says to Killjoy as he puts his now clean knife away.

"Who are you?" Sky asked him

"Lima 419. Specialist 1st class Red Veil, or if you like...call me Killjoy." she said looked around "I don't suppose you got any ammo, I got about...." she was about to say. She tilted the ammo back that fed bullets into her chain gun back and forth. "200 rounds left."

Sky laughed as he walked over to the warthog and pulled out a chain of three hundred or so shots that were connected to the vehicles machine gun. The vehicle is out of gas anyway, wahts the point of keeping the ammo? Sky saw a grenade there and grabbed it.

"Here, the vehicle is out of gas so it wount help much, take these rounds and this grenade, it might help. Im Delta 226, also known as L.T Sky" Sky said as he threw killjoy the ammo

"Hey, do you know if any pony else is alive?"

Killjoy sat her pack down and opened up the top to connect the new chain. "I saw one, quiet one he was. back down there" she pointed behind her. "the bloke was in a pinch and I decided to help out, I wonder why he didn't follow me...I know he heard your call too." she connected the chain and carefully layered the ammo into the pack. she put it on as she attacked the grenade to a small strap on her chest. "where you blokes heading off to?" she asked.

Sky walked over to the brutes body and pulled out three spike grenades and attached them to this belt. After he had done that he waled over to the warthog and pulled out his two spare combat knives and put one in his chest slot, one in a leg spot. He kept the one he had stabbed the brute with in the back spot. Sky picked up all his gearm his assault rifle, his sniper, his magnums and his landmine, all of which he had dropped during his fight

"We are just trying to gather as many survivors as possible and get out of this city alive" Sky said

"I hope that you will stick with us killjoy, it would be good to have you get out of this city with us"

Sky took his helm off and looked at some dog tags. It had the squad 'RISE' on it. He still couldn't believe that only a few of us survived that mess

"oi you blokes are RISE squad. you were the guys in that Pelican earlier. My squad was wiped out by a large force, we were sent in to support a team holding an outpost, the outpost was to be an extraction point for the ones left here, but our ship got hit, and having a squad consist entirely out of machine gunners was not the best thing when vehicles were involved. I think there is a beacon back at the outpost, could use that, but we got hit not even close to the objective, the outpost should be 50 kliks northeast." Killjoy said as she took her helmet off and started looking around, "only if there will be things to shoot along the way, I'll follow you." she said to Sky

stormchaser finally decide it was time to get off the turrt "hi my name is beta 666 but you can all me stormchaser" he said as he got closer to them "if it is really far away we should get going" said stormchaser he had his rocket laucher on his back his shotgun in quick drawing postion and his pistols on both his fornt legs

Sky went to put the dog tags in his pocket, he really wish that she had survived that mess though he saw her die.

"Not anymore we arent. Me and storm here were two of the only survivors that survived that mess RISE got into and these arnt my dog tags" Sky said as he put them around his neck in stead of his pocket. He picked his helm up.

"We will be in another fight, its a curse we have. Where was that other pony? we should link up with him or her" Sky said as he stood up.

"about klik east, he didn't seem very social, didn't even say a word to me." Killjoy said putting her helmet back on "I don't know if he plans on staying alone or not..."

While Dashing sat on the chair, he kept thinking of his life before he joined UNSC, but remembered nothing about it. Suddenly, there was a creak in the floor, and immediately pointed his rifle to the entrance to the living room. Dashing then saw it was a 12 year old colt, and he looked just as like Dashing, but younger. Something felt familiar when Dashing looked at the colt. After 5 seconds, Dashing lowered his weapon, and knelt down next to the colt, and whispered, "What's your name?" The colt then whispered back, "Blaze." Dashing sat back up, and moved next to the door, signaling Blaze to follow. Blaze quickly followed Dashing outside, and walked beside him on the sidewalk. It seemed like hours to Blaze, but it was only 12 minutes, until Dashing suddenly stopped. Before Blaze could ask why, an Elite jumped on to Dashing, and they began wrestling. After the Elite took hold of Dashing, the Elite pulled out a Plasma Pistol, and was about to shoot Dashing. But before the Elite did, a shot from a pistol quickly shot the Elite, which made the Elite fall to the ground, lifeless. When Dashing got up, he saw that Blaze had shot Dashing's pistol. Blaze quickly gave the pistol to Dashing, but Dashing gave it back, saying, "Thanks for saving me, and keep the pistol, you seem better with it than me." They both giggled, and decided to head forward with their journey. For some reason, the colt had made Dashing talk again, and laugh. Dashing was curious about this.

Sky had jutst finished puttong and checking his gear when he heard a gun shot ring out. Sky quickly looked at the direction it had come from. Sky looked at killjoy and his team

"Well, lets go see what that was, ember, i want you on the roof tops scouting ahead but do not engage" Sky said to his stealthy dragonic teammate.

"Storm, make sure ember is safe but do not initiate contact"

"Killjoy and me will be on the ground moving up. Make sure tt keep us informed"

"well that shot was in the same direction where I last saw the other guy so it makes things easier." Killjoy said readying her chain gun. She then pulled out a device and clicked it onto her helmet, the device started to send out pings. "listen for the pings. the faster they become, the closer enemies are, this will help know when a cloaked elite is near by."
