Diamond Cut couldn't believe that he was here in such a beautiful city as he trotted down the sidewalks. He had seen the way that ponies from other lands looked at his hometown of the Crystal Empire with wonder, but having lived there the Crystal Pony could never experience that same feeling until now. The city was just like he was told it would be, tall buildings that kissed the sky, streets that stretched out into the horizon, a feast for the senses! And it was all thanks to one pony... Coco Pommel.

The Diamond colored pony quickly snapped back to the main reason why he was here in Manehattan, not to act like a tourist, but to meet perhaps the nicest most interesting mare he had ever met. Of course the jeweler pony had met mares before in his shop seeking to adorn themselves in his wares, but none of them he felt the same spark for like her. It took a stranger from another place to meet with him to help bring him out of the safety of the Crystal Empire and into the unknown. And now this adventure would only get better when Coco agreed to meeting him on a date.

"Let's see, I think I'm in the right area," Diamond said consulting a paper he had with directions while looking up at the street signs attached to the lamp posts. "51st and the Avenue of the Mares. This city is a little confusing to navigate."

He continued down the street, hoping to see her there, barely able to contain himself for what was to come.
