Trax stood at the top of the hill overlooking the compound, Azure, Dropshot, Echo, Viola, Seven and Fives stood at his sides, behind them waited over twenty thousand werewolves, they growled and barked impatiently ready to charge. Then from within the compound came a howl, and the horde rushed in with amazing speed quickly over taking the guardians on watch, they broke into the main building and spread throughout it like a wild fire.

A white wolf with a black furred pattern on his back, ran through the halls dodging every guardian he came across, "Kim!"

Blast and Caezura were together killing any werewolf that got in their way. they were heading to a bigger room so they would have space to fight in. on their way they found Kim "Archer, come on...we need to get to the training room!" Blast shouted as he quickly turned and shot the werewolf coming up behind him in the face.

"They're outnumbering us quickly, our only hope is to make a last stand!" She called out as she followed them after discard two wolves with her rifle.

Wolf ran into a room full of young guardians, he froze in shock but swung around instantly and killed the werewolf that followed him in by grabbing his neck and choke slamming him breaking his neck. He barked to the younglings telling them to run for the exit as fast as they could, but as he tried to follow he was tackled by another Guardian off the ledge. Wolf watched in his freefall as the younglings were torn apart by the horde. They landed on the bottom floor, the guardian went for a punch but the tables turned as Wolf caught the punch and sliced the mans head clean off. Wolf looked up and saw Trax starring down at him with a victorious smile, "Head with Azure and Echo to take out the commanders, and good job, my son." Trax praised him through wolf telepathy. Wolf growled but obeyed out of instinct, he regrouped with the others and headed to the command room. Trax strode to where most his brethren were being killed and saw a couple Guardians trying to make a last stand. "Interesting." He growled with an evil grin.

((Btw Trax adopted Wolf, they aren't biologically related.))

"I already know that..." Blast said loading another clip into his magnum. "if we are going to die...we will kill a hundred of them!" he shouted. Maelstrom came up from behind the group. "Lets do this Paladin!" he said unloading his dual automatic M9s taking out a lot of werewolves. Blast's magnum's rounds were going through multiple wolves in one shot while caesura was cutting down other wolves with her katana.

Wolf and the others stalked through a dark hallway, the commanders had been holding their own line and the horde kept any other guardians from regrouping with them. Azure flanked right as Echo moved to the left leaving Wolf to pull center, as they neared the room Wolf rushed forward breaking through the wall next to the door, he quickly dispatched of the guardian on guard at the door with a stab to the stomach. Echo and Azure followed suit taking out the others. Wolf faced a Commander with a great-sword, He roared viscously and they rushed eachother.

Kim ran in the middle of the group quickly killing off any wolf that started for them. "Where are you Wolf?" She thought frantically. A thunderous howl sounded behind them summoning more wolves to their location, "We have more company!" She yelled as the main horde changed its course for them, a big black wolf stood patiently watching them from a distance. Kim instantly knew who he was, Wolfs pack leader, and the Alpha in charge of the whole raid.

"Back to Back!" Blast shouted as the group made a circle with their backs facing each other. Blast pulled out his knife and cut down any wolf that got too close. Blast looked at Trax. "So the Alpha came to "grace" us with his presence."

Trax walked down the stairs towards the survivors, wolves rushed by on either side him, now the whole horde was converging on them. "Kill the smaller male." Trax ordered through telepathy as he looked at Maelstrom.

The Commanders fell one by one to Wolf, Azure and Echo. Wolf held one off the ground by his neck, he growled into the mans face before throwing him out the window. Then Wolf saw Kim and some other guardians back to back defending themselves from the horde of werewolves. "Kim!" Was all he said before he leaped out of the window.

Kim had thrown her rifle away and was now using her combat knives to cut down the attacking horde. "The Alpha?" She looked up at the pitch black wolf causally walking towards them.

Maelstrom didn't last long when most of the wolves targeted him. Once Maelstrom went down, Blast thought for a moment. "Corner!" he shouted as the group fell back into the corner of the room. Blast holstered his Desert Eagle once it ran out of ammo and switched to his combat knife and his silver plated gloves and boots for close combat.

"Separate the male from the females." Trax said in a simple tone. The horde began splitting them apart pushing Blast away from Caezura and Kim.

Wolf ran through the hall but was intercepted by Dropshot and Seven. "Out of my way Lobos." Wolf growled fiercely. "We knew about your little girlfriend the whole time, in fact Trax wants to meet her personally." Seven said with a twisted grin. Wolfs eyes burned with anger as they rushed forward and clashed.

Kim saw that her and Caezura were being pushed away from Blast, "Caezura, we're being separated."

Blast noticed what they are trying to do and worked as hard as he could to get back to his teammates but the number of werewolves was making it almost impossible, every kill he made, two more filled its place. "Blast!" Caezura shouted as they got separated. She knew that her death was going to be sooner now. "Kim...this is it. Its an honor...we will walk through the fog, as we welcome death. we will feed to the fire the shards of our souls."

"Then lets go out with a ba.." Kim stopped as the wolves made a circle around them, Trax made his way through and stood before the two of them. "Good evening ladies, can I interest you in a life changing offer?" He said in his simple tone, his red eyes glowed as he looked over the two females. Kim looked at Caezura, "He wants us to join him?"

Wolf fought against the two veteran wolves in a fierce fight with tooth and claw.

Caezura glared at Trax "you are obviously stupid, the Blood of a guardian will not accept your curse, it would automatically be purged. If you noticed, a lot of your werewolves have died without wounds, our blood is like poison to werewolves and would kill you in seconds." she said pointing her Katana at Trax. "either way...we must decline your idiotic offer." Blast could only watch on as the werewolves held him.

Trax lifted an eyebrow, "Care to find out, ...... Kim?" Kim froze in horror, he knew her name, "Wolf..." She whispered silently. Her eyes flared with anger, "Buck you!" She dashed forward to swing away with her knives, Trax kept his hands behind his back as he bobbed and weaved, dodging her attacks with ease. "Did I strike a nerve?" He asked sarcastically.

Wolf pushed Seven and Dropshot off and saw Kim facing against Trax, "No stay away from hi-" he was cut off as Seven tackled him aside.

Azure and Echo watched from the commanders window, they had their own opinions on the whole ordeal.

((sorry for being late, been a bit occupied.))

Caezura rushed in with her Katana trying to aid Kim "bring it on dog!" she yelled jumping into the air and did a downward strike.

Blast wanted to help but the only way he could was activating Overdrive, which due to the experiments, his operation in Overdrive is glitchy so he was afraid that he might hurt Kim and Caezura in the process.

Trax slashed Caezuras strike away then dodged Kim, "Your moves are swift and smooth, you would make perfect hunters in my pack." He told them simply.

Wolf bashed away Dropshot sending him through the floor, Seven came from behind and hit him against the wall. Suddenly Fives swooped in to kick him through the wall, then Wolf flew through the dust slashing Fives over the face then grabbing Seven and swung him into Fives sending them both into a pillar. They recovered quickly recovered and they charged eachother again.

"I'd rather die than become such filth like you!" Caezura shouted as she quickly rushed forward swinging her Katana going for his left side.

Kim swung for his right, Trax relaxed calmly and breathed slowly. In an instant Trax disarmed them both and held them off the ground by their necks, "What you see as a curse, I see as gift. And when wolves want to hunt in peace, you were created just to kill us, because you fear what you do not understand." He explained simply. "It was hard not to retaliate when you started hunting US!" Kim retorted weakly. Trax smiled, "What can we say? They practically walked up to us and begged to be eaten." He taunted evilly.

Seven lay unconscious in the rubble, Wolf had Fives by the neck and a guardians silver sword through his stomach, he release Fives letting his dead body crumble to the ground. But Wolfs own injuries kept him from making any sudden movements, he stumbled to a pillar and watched helplessly.

Caezura spat in Trax's face. "we made to defend our own against you dogs...your gift is darkness!" she said using her flexibility to kick Trax hard in bottom of his jaw.

Trax moved his head smoothly, "So be it." He dropped Caezura then kneed her mid air in the stomach, he finished with a slash across her face sending her to the ground. Kim struggled to get free, "Blast ru-" her cry was cut off as Trax struck his claws into her stomach.

Wolfs eyes went wide with horror, "KIM!"

Kims eyes teared up, blood seeped from her wounds, Trax held her closer then bit down onto her lower neck near her shoulder. Dhe felt no pain as he tossed her to the ground. "I'll give your regards to Your boyfriend deary." Trax said evily. He picked up Caezura and bit her across the side of her stomach.

((you know Caezura wasn't bluffing, a guardian's blood is deadly to normal werewolves so if it didn't kill Trax, it will effect him. I axctually took a long time developing the story of the guardians.))

Anger flowed through trax and tidal wave. "Activate Tango Protocal Overdrive!" he shout as his sking became as hard as steel. Blast through the werewolves holding him into the ground, crushing their skulls. "I'll kill you!" He ran quickly grabbing his and Kim's combat knife. Blast rushed towards Trax kicking into Trax's side hard making him drop Caezura and knocking him into a few feet away.

((pretty much each guardian has a different overdrive, some will have way more speed, some will have extra strength and Blast's overdrive is armor like skin.))

Trax slid over the ground, something inside him pulsed rapidly, "Her blood, a poison that runs through me, but your scientist did not account for my blood." Trax stood up as he shook aside the poison, "There are very few of us left, which is why I made them my Betas, unlike the many you see around us, we were born with it. Not given." Trax lunged foward headbuttin Blast in the stomach then swun with his mighty claws.

Kim breathed slowly, her vision faded as she watched them dual, her body grew too weak and tired for her to move. "Wolf.... " She whispered as she reached out with a bloody hand, then it fell limp to the ground as she exhaled her last breath.

The sound of her hand hitting the floor seemed to echo around the building, Wolfs world went mute as he starred in horror, "K-kim?" He transformed into his human form, tears flushed from his eyes like streams. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

((Only Trax and Wolf along with the others are pure bloods, meaning they were born with it but couldnt awaken it till they turned 13, the rest of the horde were people who were bitten by pure bloods. This is why there are only a small group of like 50 or so who are pure. Hence their the strongest and fastest. But silver is still thier enemy.))

Blast blocked the claw swipe with arm, no ordinary Guardian could block such strength. To the attacker, his arm was like hitting a steel pole. "Born with it or not...I will destroy you." he said through gritted teeth as he punched Trax hard in the jaw. His silver plated gloves cut deep into Trax's cheek. Blast then kicked Trax away to create distance and got in a knife style fighting stance.

Trax felt the burn of the silver, "Though you still have that cursed element." He growled angrily as he sped in for leg sweep followed by a choke slam.

Wolf felt his whole world collapse beneath his feet, "We were supposed to .... Start a... Family together..... And get away from this." He clenched his fist as shadows enveloped him and transformed him, he let out a vicious howl for blood. His eyes changed from blue to red, his fur began changing from white to pitch black. Native lore says that for a wolf to become an Alpha, he or she must go through a life changing revelation with an extreme emotional attachment, natures instinct takes over and gives the wolf a new purpose to fulfil. His howl changed from bloodlust to a deep thundering howl of an Alpha demanding leadership.

Trax froze along with everyother werewolf around them, he put more pressure onto Blasts neck, "Kill." He barked angrily, the whole horde swarmed away from Trax and Blast and streamed up the slope of the broken floor and towards Wolf.

Wolf stood up with a look of pure determination, "Heel to me or die." He growled harshly, the horde didnt slow down as they barked and growled viciously. Wolf roard and charged forward towards the oncoming horde, "So be it."

Echo and Azure stood with Dropshot, Seven was still unconsciou, all were in human forms. "What do we do?" Echo asked warrily, "We see who kills who and follow the victor, just like the pack law says." Azure said simply. DropShot winced as he rolled gauze over his wound on his leg.

Blast took the advantage of Trax's distraction and stabbed his knives into his arm and shoulder making him let go before rolling away. "is that the best you got dog? for an Alpha, you seem rather weak." he taunted "or are you just underestimating me."
