Personality: Loyal, compassionate, friendly, and somewhat reckless from the situations she jumps into without thinking of herself. If her friends are ever in trouble or feel sad or afraid, she will put them ahead of her own needs. Backstory: Starshine, a unicorn mare, was Fillydelphia. As a filly, her and many other fillies and colts lived at an orphanage. The orphanage was one that didn't really take care of the foals properly, even lacking the bare necessities for the foals to live on. Starshine had to step up and take care of them on her own, often teaching the fillies and colts right from wrong. If any were sad or depressed, she would make them smile the best she could; even read them stories to make them fall asleep. As the foals grew to be fillies and colts; the mare that owned the place was happy to have an extra set of hooves to take care of them. Starshine learned compassion by learning to be like a big sister to all of them, often stopping any conflicts that arose by being able to know when to put be stern and put her hoof down. Other: Starshine also has to deal with Candy Star constantly butting in where she doesn't belong. But she sometimes gets too much into her experiments, and doesn't like being interrupted.
