The Summer's Last Adventure (Open to foals!)

Life had been pretty good for Crash Zone in Trottingham. Plenty of friends, plenty of comic books, and enough klutzy accidents to keep things interesting. 

 

And then he moved to Ponyville. 

 

Sure, he knew about the move for a couple of months. His dad got a job offer somewhere here. But he just kept getting distracted by other things, and before he know it coming here was the last thing on his mind until moving day actually came. Not to mention that the first day of school was only a matter of weeks away. How was he supposed to live in a classroom of new ponies? Stupid jobs. Why did they have to take him away to here?

 

The thoughts kept swirling around, over and over again in the colt's head as he aimlessly wandered around the town. The move was yesterday, and today was his first real day in Ponyville. What was there to even do? Everything was just so...small! Cutesy! Girly, even! There was just nothing to do but sit around and waste the rest of what used to be an awesome summer. Great. Why couldn't something interesting just come up and smack him in the face?

 

...Turns out that just that happened. 

 

"Gah!" The colt suddenly stumbled backwards, landing on his rump. His hooves frantically waved around and clawing his face, as if he was being attacked by a monster, which for all he knew it was. But in actuality, it was nothing more than a yellowish piece of paper that had been floating along in the wind. 

 

"S-Somepony help me!" He shouted, still attempting and failing to get the vile creature off him. "It's eating my face!"
