Background: 

Ambrosia is a mercenary who has fought in both the Chaos wars and the Lunar vs Solar Wars. She used to fight for the love of gold and glory, but since there had not been a war since the Lunar Uprising, she has since been promoted to Commander of the Royal Equestrian Military, spending most of her days training the recruits, training with her fellow officers or drinking at her local tavern. She was told when she was in her early 20s, that due to an injury she sustained during the war, she was unable to bear foals, and that has caused her a great deal of distress and depression, as she one day wants to settle down and have a family of her own, as she lost both of her parents when she was a little filly.

Personality:

Despite her rough exterior and her seriousness when it comes to her career, she has a soft spot for cute, fluffy and cuddly animals, and also has a soft spot for foals. She is loyal only to herself, her career and the Princesses. She answers to no-one but herself and the Princesses and will not date anypony who is cruel to others. She is strong minded and will speak her mind, regardless if it gets her into trouble or not. She lives  with her younger brother Salvador and her pet kitten and fox kit for company. If she likes a pony, she has no problem with expressing her feelings.

Her cutie mark is that of two blue lightning bolts crossed over to make a unique shape in order to signify her ability with combat magic over the top of a shield, to signify her passion for protecting others.

Appearance:

Brown fur coat, kept tidy, purple/violet eyes and a short - medium blue and white mane and tail (mane/tail to change soon)
