DreamySunday Posted June 3, 2017 Report Share Posted June 3, 2017 Roleplay Type: WoE Name: Bluemoon Sex: Female Age:young mare Species: Pegasus Eye colour: orange(like the fruit) Coat:cornflower blue Mane/Tail: velvet blue with white speckles in it. Physique:a little smaller than average but well built due to her occupation. Residence: no permanent residence, although she'll occasionally crash at her mothers house in Canterlot between outings. Occupation:not really a job but she travels. Her goal is to " get everywhere." When it comes to making money, Bluemoon will just look for odd jobs. Cutie Mark: a silhouette of a telescope on a start sky background. Unique Traits: impeccable sense of direction. Very few things can throw her internal gps off. Incredibly oblivious. Anything that isn't expressly spelled out will fly right over her head. This very much includes just about any form of danger. Whether it be toward herself or others. History: Bluemoon has a rather simple history. She was raised by her mother, an earth pony nurse, in a very sheltered and protected manner, always being protected and kept away from anything that might be considered dangerous or unknown. Ironically, this caused Bluemoon to develop a curiosity on a level above her peers. Her mother, mortified yet always vigilante, caught on very quickly to What was happening to her daughter and was mostly able to keep her out of trouble. Mostly. One day though, Bluemoon and her mother had gone to the market to do some groceries. Throughout this little adventure, her mom had had to wrangle her curiosity in. Whether it was particular interesting fruit stand, and strange pony offering candy, or a super neat and dark alley way, every time Bluemoon would wander off she would get blocked and wrangled. But at one point, while Bluemoon's mom was bargaining with a pony over the price of her carrots, Bluemoon wandered off. Her curiosity dragging her from stall to stall excited to see why everypony had to show off. After what felt like just a few moments to her, the people in the stalls had begun packing up for the day and her mom was nowhere to be found. Most ponies would flip at this point, terrified that they would be lost forever. But Bluemoon saw this as an opportunity to finally explore the town she had never wen able to see as much as she liked all whole finding her way home like a big girl. With that plan in mind, Bluemoon ventured forward and turned into the first alley she could see. Exploring said dark dank alley she found many interesting things such as garbage cans and weirdo grey cats with fuzzy robber masks. Fascinated by this, Bluemoon wondered aloud to herself " What else is out there!?" Running out of the alley, the next few hours were filled with Bluemoon looking all over, hastily and randomly choosing a direction and running that way. During those few hours, she witnessed a while lot of things like a statue of a weird snake/pony/dragon thing, a big weird bug thing, a musical thing in the park, an old guy read her a story about some weird thing that looked like a pony and what ever a monkey was, she even saw some guards who looked like they were looking for something. And whole bunch of other things! But now it was getting late and she still had no idea where home was. She could find all the places she had been to, but with no point of reference, who knew where home was. That I when she saw the moon. It's dim light casting down into the city. Deciding that she had no better idea, Bluemoon followed the moon down the street. It wasn't very long before she found a familiar street that led her right to her front door arriving at home, Bluemoon burst in triumphantly only to see two guards talking to her mom in tears and surrounded by tissues. She wasn't allowed to go anywhere for a week after that. But! Her mom had pointed out that her cutie mark had appeared! So something was gained from this, a cutie mark and a mother terrified as that cutie mark represented. the rest of her childhood went on and like that of any other nosey foal. But as soon as she could, Bluemoon put together a travel bag and set out to see the world leaving a terrified mother alone at home Character Personality: Bluemoon is very friendly and very energetic she's usually always willing to help and boost others morales. That being said, although he loves to socialize and learn about other cultures, she can be pretty inconsiderate or insensitive. Not out of malice but rather out of ignorance. However your spelling, grammar, and formatting could use a bit of work. Please proofread your material very carefully to spot any errors, and read your material out loud to locate passages that sound excessively awkward. And your OC's cutie mark story either needs to be divided into multiple paragraphs or condensed into a smaller paragraph. One large paragraph is quite clunky by WoE standards.
