Recommended Posts

Name: Rose Water

Sex: Female

Age: Baby

Species: Sea Serpent

Pelt Color: Rosy pink ( fbcccb )

Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Mane- Blue ( 8dd5ec ) with light blue ( b8e6f9 ) highlights. Her mane is wavy, with tighter curls near the end, and hangs down nearly to her jawline on one side of her face, mostly obscuring the eye on that side.

Eye Color: Pink ( f9a4ab )

Cutie Mark: N/A.

Physique: Being a baby Sea Serpent, Rose Water is still in a bit of a chubby and awkward stage. Her head and paws are over-sized for her current body, and she is very clumsy on land. Shes much more graceful in water, though since she's still young shes not the strongest swimmer yet. On land she can balance on her tail for short periods of time, but she hasn't yet mastered slithering around upright. To manuever on land she uses her arms to aid her slithering, and can move a bit quicker by doing a series of springing leaps though this often ends up with her crashing into something.

Origin: Bridlebank Beach

Roleplay Type: FiM Show RP

Occupation: Singer

Motivation: Rose Water loves to sing, like many other creatures of the sea. She hears music in everything around her, and enjoys creating usually wordless, often sad melodies. Her voice still needs some work, but she's talented for a child. She loves to share her songs with others.

Likes: Water, singing, sunny days, seafood, the smell of the sea, playing, finding things ponies lost on the beach, making friends, beach goers

Dislikes: Rainy days, seagulls, hungry fish/monsters bigger than she is, storms, lightning, and loneliness

Character Summary: Rose Water has been mostly alone for her entire life, ever since her lone egg washed up on the pebbly shore of Bridlebank Beach. Sea Serpents and Dragons are mostly used to being alone, and she has found ways to amuse herself such as searching for discarded junk and singing to the sea. She discovered this talent for singing early, responding to the far out to sea calls of sea creatures. Mimicking these, her songs are often keening and sad. Its hard to keep yourself amused forever though, and her favorite days are the ones where she has company. Over her short life, she has developed into a sweet gentle little Serpent, if a bit lonely.
