Character Summary: Starshine was a very shy pony, during school he would keep to himself, never letting anyway talk to him, except for his sister, who would sometimes get him to come out of his shell. Early in his life, his sister had convinced him to try out for a school play, he had learned he was a natural at acting, completely becoming un-shy on stage. A bit later in his life, during a show, when the final scene had been done, his cutie mark appeared. Soon after that, during a night when his parents were gone, and robber had come to there house, his sister, trying to protect them, got kidnapped, and sense then, Star has been scared by that. Soon after that, Star started to cross dress, still being traumatized by the robber, he would pretend to be his sister, making him feel more confident, his parents never approved of it, so he ran away. He then toke up a few jobs, his focus was to become an actor, but untill he could make enough money from that, he was a waiter, still cross dressing, most ponies thought he was a girl. One day he finally landed a real acting job, though he loved the stage, the other actor's were quite mean, they would often insult him, due to the fact he was most offended by "fat", he became very sensative, even more then before, and takes most things as an insult.

Starshine personality is often shy, he will try to avoid conversation, and often look down when talking, he is quite sensitive as well, taking most everything an insult, and will often get depressed after the tiniest things, but after time, Star will warm up to you. Once he's warmed up, he is quite nice, trying to help anyone, and being sorry for everything, even if its not his fault. Star is very helpful, being very good at words, and try's to make everything feel nice. Though even though he can be happy and kind, he can get very depressed at times, not listening to what anypony says, and staying depressed until something comes and cheers him up. Star is very secretive as well, he will not tell any of his secrets unless he trust's the other very well.

Okay, this app has a couple of issues that are, well, questionable at best...and for that reason, I must address them.

1:

Roleplay Type: Anything is cool with me ^ ^

The options for this section are Mane RP [board Canon], Free For All [anything goes, within reason], or Crossover [allowing for variations of the FiM theme]

2:

One day he finally landed a real acting job, though he loved the stage, the other actor's were quite mean, they would often insult him, due to the fact he was most offended by "fat", he slowly became an anorexic

Anorexia is a fairly serious {and real} condition, which is something that could be considered a little TOO uncomfortable and undesirable a territory for an FiM RP - I would suggest omitting this, as I can't see this adding anything to the character or their RP without creating 'artificial drama' because of the shock-nature of this particular detail.

3:

Soon after that, during a night when his parents were gone, and robber had come to there house, his sister, trying to protect them, died from the robber, and sense then, Star has been scared by that.

The problem with this section is that it's fairly grimdark - and also, creates the rather unsettling norman bates scenario you described with 'Star started to cross dress, still being traumatized by the robber, he would pretend to be his sister, making him feel more confident' - we've discussed this at length and have decided that this is something that comes off TOO grimdark/disturbed whilst the sister is murdered/dead. However, to meet you half way in this particular app, We'd be prepared to overlook this if she was alive but out of direct communications/missing, however.

4:

Starshine is a bisexual as well, meaning he'll like mare and colt's.

We generally don't worry about sexuality mentions in applications, because Stallion/Stallion or Mare/Mare couple are seen as equally as a Mare/Stallion couple, so for the most part there isn't any current board 'reference' to the sexuality terms commonly used - so basically, it's assumed to be a normal and everyday thing in Equestria.

Once you've addressed the above little snags on this application, the approval process will be a whole lot smoother as a result!

Looking good! I have a few more points to point out first like; why was the final scene of that play so important that he gained his cutie-mark? Why not the first time he started? Instead of using the word cross dressing please say "Dresses up as a mare/lady". I believe everything else is a-okay! Keep up the good work n_n
