Gif Troubles

I have no clue where to put this, so I put it here.

I have made a gif, but the framerate is totally off, what do I do? If someone knows, can they speed it up a bit for me? Gif attached.

hmm I might be able to fix that in Fireworks. Can you give me a reference of how the speed's supposed to be?

Oh yeah, I use gimp for everything, so I agree with TCoP. An actual tool if you don't want to get pirated Photoshop (seriously, who gets legal version of it?).

Alright, sorry for the wait, this is what I can come up with. The problem is that the gif operates in 1/100th of a second increments, with no half steps possible, and it used to be every frame twice, so I deleted the unneeded frames.
