Origin/Residence: He was born in a thunderstorm near Stalliongrad, and currently travels with his Clan around the wild portions of Equestria, stopping occasionally to wreak comedic havoc over nearby towns and cities.

Occupation: Getting into as much mischief as possible, not listening to what the Clan Elders have to say

Motivation: Getting as much out of life as he possibly can through an assortment of bad not-so-practical jokes, goofing off, and scrapping for the hay of it.

Likes: Pranks, bad puns and similar jokes, being smart alecks, not having any responsibilities

Dislikes: work, being told what to do, cats because they always look like they're planning something

Character Summary:

History: Thunderhead and Thunderpeak's lives have generally been one quip or bad joke after another, intermingled with periods of time where they were being punished, chased out of a town, lectured, or just getting in to trouble for the thousandth time. Aside from getting kicked out, quite literally, from Stalliongrad and Hoofington for incidents involving a stink bomb and paint-filled balloons respectively, and a very ill-fated but luckily undiscovered attempt to place a rotting cabbage under Princess Celestia's pillow that failed before they managed to get onto the Palace Grounds, this is what their life has consisted of on a daily basis.

Parents: Chillwind and Rainsong are often driven to near madness by their twins. No punishment seems to handle the behavior, and nothing they have done truly warrants forbidding them to return to the Clan until they have remedied their bad behavior, and whenever there is property damage, the twins are always ready to pay for their mistakes. Amongst their brothers and sister, they are a mixed blessing, often the source of both laughter and greivance in the same hour to the same person. They have taken some getting used to, and their older brothers, especially Firebolt and Hawkeyes, have occasionally hoofed them around until they stopped harassing their youngest siblings, but, as crazy as their relationships are, their family ties are still strong.

Cutie Mark: It was a grim and dark day in Stalliongrad, and the rest of his Clan was camped just outside the city. Thunderhead and Thunderpeak had decided to go flying around above the city, looking for someone to harass, and began making faces at the airships as they passed by. They bumped into some griffons who were also out looking for amusement. Someone suggested an aerial acrobatics contest, the losing side buying lunch in town. The twins did remarkably well, but when the griffons began to take the lead, and attract a small audience of other assorted fliers, they decided it was time to up the ante, and started intentionally interfering in their tricks. Naturally, with tensions already high due to the competition, this did not bode well, and a small scuffle broke out that rapidly escalated as the twins refused to back down and became ever more insulting and obnoxious. While a few watching pegasi joined in to help them, the griffons were both better fighters and had numbers on their side. When they saw the authorities winging their way upward to stop the fight before things got any worse, they knew they had to do something decisive before they arrived, or they'd always be the guys that "were lucky the guards had showed up in time". It dawned on them that a bleak day had turned into a thunderstorm during the fight, and they also noticed that their coats were standing on end with static electricity. Grinning fiendishly, they dove back into the fight, lightly tapping griffons on the back of their heads and giving them nasty and annoying shocks. In a few moments, they felt something flash on their flanks, and saw their shared cutie mark. Their coats crackled to life with a powerful current of static, and they began touching every griffon they could, zapping the unfortunates with every stroke of their hooves. They were promptly arrested and kept confined for a few days, and received a stern punishment and chiding when they were returned to their Clan, but kept their grins the whole time. Their newfound talent was too fun for them to care. The twins later figured out that they could control just how much charge they built up by "willing" the air around them to move their coat rapidly and to build up a charge of its own. While not as flashy as their brother Firebolt's gift, or as useful as their father Chillwind's talent, they could not have asked for a more useful pranking tool, not to mention all the benefits it entails during friendly tussles with unsuspecting ponies.

Flaws: Like his twin brother, he is far too light-hearted for his own good, and his competitive nature and tendency to poke fun at people sets him up for all sorts of undesirable situations. He would shock a sleeping dragon if he thought it would give him a good laugh and a story to tell later to the fillies.
