i feel a little better, but when i stand up im dizzy and i have a tummy ache and im kinda sleepy, but not to the point where i could fall asleep. is it possible that im not a pokemon?

Logical? very. Accurate? Not so much. That said, some of what said still applies, like for example it's still difficult to feel silly while sick or tired.

my tummy just made a sound closely resembling a piece of printer paper being ripped, only muffled. ( i ripped a piece of paper to make sure) is that normal?

Possibility 1 - yes, it is normal, but you should probably get something too eat.

I've tried to read them about 5 times now, but whenever I do the universe conspires against me and I have to postpone it

I have yet to make it past the middle of book 2.
