SteelEagle
I have an unusual issue. I don't believe it is a major one, but it is somewhat perplexing. Recently, for reasons I can't ascertain, certain posts and messages of mine have started to have words that are randomly hotlinked. Even private messages have started this. I have run all sorts of scans to ensure I don't have some sort of malware and it comes up with nothing.
Rosewind
Have you tried using a different browser? You might try that, and disable any plugins/toolbars/whatever you have running on your current one to see if the problem persists.
Corsair
You may have some kind of adware / toolbar that's doing that. I'd go through your installed programs and see if anything looks like it shouldn't be there. One other thing you can try is a removal tool called Malwarebytes. It's pretty good at removing almost any malware or adware.

It's just strange that it only happened here.
Autumn
Conclusion: We have never put any other advertising other than Google Adwords which do not have pop-ups or any content modification at all.If anyone experiences a pop up or an instance like the above, I'm afraid you're a victim of someone else's money-making scheme.Unfortunately, because the script that is hot-linking key-words has the permission of your browser to change things you view, it won't be seen as malware or picked up by an antivirus.Best thing to do is to see what plugins/extensions you have installed (or unknowingly added) to your browser and through process of elimination you find out who the culprit is.Chrome: http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=113907FireFail: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/disable-or-remove-add-ons?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Uninstalling+add-onsExplorer: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/ieitpropriorver/thread/2531c056-b25e-4ac3-ab19-2bfa74b54190Opera: http://techdows.com/2010/10/how-to-uninstall-opera-extensions.html
