Due to a lack of funding by the governing powers of Equestria, the ESCP foundation had to be terminated. Although items already obtained were kept contained, new potential threats to Equestrian society has emerged in the time that the ESCP has been terminated. As a result, the governing body has decided to reinstate the ESCP program.
